This is day 3 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 20 minute lower body burn workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

The leg that I have lying on the ground hurts more than the leg doing the actual exercise… is that normal?
Yes it’s stabilizing your body and supporting a lot of your weight. If you’re leaning into that hip, trying straightening it up

I've been struggling with exercising since im 14 i tried everything weight lifting, running, cardio but non of them made me feel good about myself i wasn't love myself I was feeling terrible if it's workout day. But then i discovered this channel you literally changed my life i feel so good about pilates. I'm looking so good feel so good and it is all because of you Thank you so much!

Madeleine, can i just say that you’re literally so motivating ?? i initially went into these workouts with the mindset of ‘oh, i’d never be able to do that’ but your kind words and constant reassurance throughout these videos always motivate me to keep pushing forward! you’re helping me get back in touch with being active and having fun whilst doing it. thank you for posting and helping keep a busy college girl like me active :)

@@nisthashukla894 it is helping but it takes time but by the time your finished it should have worked perfectly and you don’t have to change your diet either I eat junk food just not all the time but I also do some of her TikTok workouts too

I'm doing pilates for the first time through this one month series, and i am already feeling less pain in my hips during the movements. tysm ♥️♥️ i also love that you dont cut out your breaks! it honestly means so much!
This is my second go around doing your 1 month challenge! I started with your 1 week challenge and did it 3 times before moving onto your 1 month. Kicked my butt but I felt myself getting stronger! Completed that and did your other 1 week challenge and now I’m back to doing this 1 month again! I lost my mom last year and after a year of depressive dissociation, your 1 week challenge was one of the first steps towards me stepping back into myself and reclaiming my body and life. Your smiles and chill attitude leave your videos with a kind atmosphere which was what I needed. Just wanted to say thank you!

I DID IT!
Compared to the day before, this one was much easier and good! I was only able to do all the exercises for about 30 seconds and not more than that. I am gonna push myself even more in the upcoming videos

I have just started your month plan and was worried about doing this 40 mins workout on only the second day but I loved it!! It’s really well put together!
When yesterdays exercises ended I felt very comfortable but today when the exercises ended I felt that the exercises were very easy and simple This is wonderful 😭😭

I've been doing Pilates in a studio for two years and I can ensure that I have never been so sore and toned
Day 3 done!! It was seriously a piece of cake after day 2.
I did it, I am very motivated, and this routine has left my legs shaking, but it is not complicated at all, for those who came here too, I am very proud of you, don't give up.

I conclude i'm soooo bad with leg workouts bcos my legs are genetically fat and all gains goes there ughh. Today's workout easy than yesterday!!! I burned a lot!!

Can I ask you a question? Like I wanna know that are pilates helpful to reduce fat like lower belly fat and thighs fat etc??
@@itx_hope1607you cant spot burn fat- meaning you can’t target specific areas to lose fat in that specific area. Best bet is to just work out and eat right and lose fat all over.
Today has been the hardest😩 loveD that it was booty though cause my abs are sore from the other days! So excited to keep going with this

I was sore as hell, literally couldn't sleep last night because of my arms hurting but I still pushed through today's workout. It seemed easier than yesterday after that 40min 💀

@@beyzaakman6671 I completed the month plan a couple of days ago and I can tell you that there’s a difference. I lost like 3-4kg but I was also on a diet so I am not sure how much was because of the plan. My waist was a bit snatched and my arms and abs more toned but I didn’t see a huge difference. However the difference was huge on how I was feeling and the workouts got easier for me every day. I felt more confident, flexible, energetic and overall I loved it even though I don’t like exercising and I had never done Pilates before!!

I started this 1 mounth pilates plan in 1st of july and i do other workouts , this is ma 3 day and i’ll keep doing it iam very excited 🫣
Day 3 done today !! (done with an addition of 10min stretch + 30 minute walk) today felt really great ! and slightly easier

I was still a bit sore from the previous day but this felt really good. I had to change some move cause I can't put too much weight on my wrists but I was able to finish it all, I'm so happy. Can't wait for tomorrow ❤❤

Although this is the third day of the 1 month workout it has been about 5-6 days of me doing Pilates and I noticed more stability and better form today. It made me happy through the burn! I have noticed that paying attention to breathing really helps in correcting form and with reps!

This burned, like my back hurts, my legs hurt, my abs hurt, everything hurts 😂 when I did yesterdays workout I also had figure skating practice after, which I was fine but I just did this workout the next day after my other figure skating practice and I was STRUGGLING. I have strong glutes and legs as a figure skater, but your workouts always seem to prove me wrong. (In a good way!) but besides that, thank you Madeline for this workout :)💗

i’ve never felt my lower abs as much as i do right now, yesterday’s workout was so good as someone who started with pilates and moved to lifting, this challenge is so humbling cause it targets my muscles in a different way!

When I do some of the workouts I notice that the leg I’m working out on doesn’t hurt but the leg supporting my balance does. Is this normal?

Girls! If maybe starting a whole month plan is a little overwhelming, I did first the two weekly plans she has in her channel (2 different plans, 1 week each). I actually did them both at the same time (2 videos per day) but you can do just one, and you will definetly see results. If not in your muscles, you will feel better during the day and exercises get easier, even if they are not perfect and that is more than enough motivation and encouragement to keep going and move forward with the monthly plan.
You are all way too powerful and we can all get better at this, be healthier and love ourselves more each day.

@ryatheghost I felt it yesterday and confirmed today ! my left leg is stronger, more controllable, and more stable when working out compared to the right one
when i did the exercises holding with my left leg i was capable to stay still even though i was shaking, but with the right one i couldnt and kept falling 😭 i wonder why this happens
@ryatheghost same !!! I really don't know why, but I'm planning on strengthening my right leg with doing the exercises twice, hoping it'll get as strong as the other one
