They have a pool but I've found I can't swim bc my core is so weak and I've been looking for things I can do in the pool to help build my core and lean up and I just stumbled upon this!! Can't wait til I get back to the gym to incorporate this into my regimine!!

However if I don’t try I won’t know what I am capable of. Just bought a frisbee for your other workout. We will see how it goes.
Hi, I'm recovering from a knee replacement and my Physio said it better do do excercisises in water. I will definitely try as strengthing my leg muscles is so important for a good recovery. Thank you for sharing ❤️

I sometimes lose traction moving across the pool. I’ve tried numerous aqua shoes but none are better than bare feet. Is this your experience or are you able to recommend as by shoe brands that have better traction than bare feet please? In Europe all pools are chlorinated. Thank you- the routines are excellent
I’m almost 60 and enjoy working out in a pool- I usually do about 1 hr 3-5 days a week- I never feel like I’m exercising- run laps from one end of the pool to the other and no joint pain- Sadly, this is our last year with the pool- I’m having a hard time finding a gym that will let you do your own workout- I either have to use the lap pool or sign up for one of their scheduled aerobic water classes-
The aerobic classes are great also, just try it you can encourage someone else & modify your routine. Just enjoy the water.🛐🪼💙 my dilemma is my hair, I make it work. 💙

Hi, you’re very welcome. It is not recommended to do aqua workouts in the sea. As you noticed, currents and waves will make things very difficult. You won’t be able to maintain a proper body form, you can’t really use the bottom as a leverage to pushing with your legs, and many more reasons… I would stick to the pool with these workouts 😉
I do these but I don't feel anything is it because I'm to fat ? serious question I use my gated community swimming pool so the pool is very big like the one you're in
Hey @crystacoleman! One of the great benefits of working out in the pool it feels so much easier! Do not be discouraged it is working! Keep going! Always congratulate yourself for doing it!! Be easy on yourself🎉🎉
It’s probably because you’re being supported by the water and don’t feel the effects which is great Try going a bit deeper if you want more of a challenge, but what I find is if I do get too intense in the water, I feel it getting out or the next day, so go easy and have fun!

You Can use water aerobic gloves, you dumbells and serás. They all increase the effort of your arms. Change the movements so you work different parte of your arms.
I moved to a nice place w pool so nice ❤ However when I Exercise in pool My legs and lower back hurst I have to take a Day to recuperate my friend says I’m Doing it hard ❤❤. I love the water it releases Anxiety so I promise my selfish to be Easy in my exercises ❤❤❤ I’m so thankful to Jesus Christ cause I prayed for a nice place to live and my Prayers were Answered ❤❤ So know I’m praying to go to niagara Falls❤❤❤

Ive joined a gym that has a pool also aquarobics classes but Limited space as others around. I can go to a general swim but this is used mainly in lanes not width to width. Is it feasible to get toned body back now its hanging skin? Im almost 58 but on constant Morphine for fused lower spine and knee injury. I apologise for the long comment.
I actually started doing water aerobics after downloading an app to my phone that has videos on how to do the exercises. These exercises seem a lot better than the ones in my app!!! How am I supposed to follow along? Does she think I have a swimming pool in my bedroom?😄
I would definitely recommend wearing water shoes for this workout. Besides giving you better traction, it will protect your feet. I have seriously bad feet and knees issues, I do pool excercise a lot and don't have any major issues. You should be fine as long as you don't slam your feet to the bottom of the pool(just be gentle when pressing down). You don't have to go fast, just start slow then gradually increase 😊

How did your knee replacement go ? I have 2 damaged knees. Get an MRI late July. Need 2 new knees. Do exercise in pool every day in summer

Just study the video..and go from there plus once you get I the water. You will get creative
Set the tablet up outside the pool..get a Bluetooth speaker!

I usually just stretch and do light core exercises in the ocean but these workout videos are designed for the pool environment. Enjoy 😉

It looks like you do a lot of pushing off with your feet, I'm sure the buoyancy helps, but is this going to be painful for someone with bad feet?
