I cant thank you enough. I have just been diagnosed with advanced O A and i have been so depressed at not being able to go for walks without pain, and not being able to follow the physio's exercises because it made things worse. These will make a big difference to me, thank you!!

Had a recent right knee total replacement in December 2018. Hydrotherapy exercises recommended from my physio were average. This video is brilliant. Has some great exercises, well thought out and very effective. Tried many today at my local pool and had no after pain after 45 minutes. I recommend you try as many as possible and am sure you these exercises will be beneficial. With 250,000 views obviously it is very popular because this is a first class video. Thanks heaps!

I have been doing these exercises for the last four days and from day one I felt an improvement in my knees. I am so happy I found your video. It has really helped me so much. I don’t let myself play mind games about not wanting to do the exercises. I get up and now it is a regular routine for me. Rain or shine!!!

I am nervous about aquatic therapy. I start tomorrow. I had been doing physical therapy regular land form but it was too painful to me. So my doctor suggested I try aquatic therapy. I had acl knee surgery past November but I delayed physical therapy because of moving to a different city and it just got put off for a bit. The doctor said it looks like I developed some scar tissue and that's why it's so hard to bend my knee. He said this should help and it won't be as painful as physical therapy on land but I am still nervous of it giving way or something happening. He said I lost quite a bit of muscle mass and I have to rebuild it up. It's so weak and I have been taking protein too. But still I don't know if it will be enough! I do keep trying to bend it and at one point, I had a 90 degree bend but it does really hurt. I don't want to have to get another surgery to get rid of the scar tissue and start all over. It's been so long and I don't want to start all over. I even did a prp injection. I guess I am supposed to get multiple for it to last a long time but I couldn't keep affording it. It worked for about 2 months for me but now I am feeling the pain all over again!! No fun! I hope this is safe!!

Found your video and off to the pool I went. Day 3 I am at 700 yds in the pool. I do one of your exercises for 50 yds, then switch. Feeling tired and sore but SO good. thank you!!!!!!

This video may be 6 years old but is chocked full of knee exercises! Thank you, I am youngish but have developed bad osteoarthritis in my right knee because of a slip on ice years ago. My hamstrings and calf muscles prevent my knee from fully extending straight. I am hoping that these exercises will help as my Doctor says that I am too young for surgery. Thank you for this video!

I will need knee replacement surgery in my near future and the stronger i can get my knee the further i hope to push the surgery out.

i have one question, i tear my left pectoral muscle (the tendon is intact), the doctor say that in like 3 months it will heal and come back to normal, in that time frame do you recommend to massage the area, stretching, foam roll??? I don't know if you ever heard this but i heard that when you get a tears in the muscles is good to get accupunture because it heals it faster and better??
