  • After a severe ACL, MCL, PCL and medial meniscus tear in her knee, Meghan needed extensive treatment and rehabilitation for total knee repair. This video outlines the pool protocol used by her physical therapist, Veronica Paquette, for Meghan's first three weeks of aquatic therapy.
    Each week of aquatic therapy focused on three areas - stretching or hamstring exercise, core stabilization and active motion. Over the first three weeks, Veronica adjusted the HydroWorx pool's underwater treadmill and water jets to increase workout intensity. Explore the full list of protocol drills in the timestamps below.
