- Learn how to strengthen your core and tone you body by just using the side of your pool. Coach
Stacy will show you a variety of exercises you can do in your pool to challenge your body and prevent boredom. No equipment necessary as you join Stacy to get AquaFIIT together for another water workout. This one is using the wall to focus on strengthening our core and lower body. Some exercises are more challenging then previous videos, so please work at your own level. Consult a doctor if you aren't sure if all the exercises are right for you. I included underwater views again :-).
Video is "silent" because the monsoon brings out noisy bugs in my part of the country. In order to bring you another video, this is the best attempt at working around the noise. Thanks for your understanding. Please enjoy your own music as you do this workout.

Exercises can be done in 8-10 reps or 30 second intervals, taking rest breaks as needed.
Workout is suitable for beginners to advanced as you can work at your own level. Have fun and keep moving! Feel free to turn up your own music and just follow along!

I did my first self guided pool workout tonight and this was great! I felt like a limp noodle afterwards. I haven't felt like that in years! I felt stretches in parts of my body that was desperately needed. Thank you! I think this will be a staple on the days I don't have the group pool classes.
The beauty of pool workouts is that you work so many more muscles just being in the water!

I am so blessed to have found your video. I have spinal issues and knee issues. I have been doing aqua activities for 5 years. The pool where I workout has very limited workouts since COVID. Now I have you and every workout I can do. I amusing the 45 minute deep water massage workout with the noodle and waist belt. I am getting better and better in the last few weeks. Thank you!

thank you Stacy. i just joined our local YMCA . i had a hart attack a year ago and a stroke 2 years before that . i am not to the water in my 20s i was on swim teams and a life guard . but at the at time water aerobics was not . even herd of. i need to strengthen my mussels and i can no longer do exercises with any impact on my bones . im so glad i found your channel . the water is perfect . please keep these videos coming. they are very well done and understandable really like the under water view. i can do you videos in sections as my strength builds.

Awesome Thank you! Heading back to teach classes again after 13 months off due to Covid. The equipment stored at the pool is in terrible condition, so your ideas are perfect for no equipment! I love all of your videos. The 12 thumbs downs had to be in error!!!
Yes, I have been there! LOL! With the COVID, it is probably best to keep usage of equipment sharing at a minimum anyway. Have fun teaching!

I have Fibromyalgia, MPS, Lumbar Stenosis & OA. Aqua exercises is one of the mgt tools I use for pain mgt of these issues. Your water exercises are a God-send. I am most interested in core strengthening, hip & thigh ones which are problem areas for me. I’ll be looking forward to more videos.
I also have an AI, so that is what lead me to exercising in the water. It has been a lifesaver for my joints. I feel I can have fun moving my body finally!!! I wish you the best and want you to never feel discouraged. Just do what you can on those good days. This was awesome! I’m trying to lose weight and the pool has been a great help but I no longer have can participate in aquatic classes since I moved to college so being able to have this video made my day, felt like I did some good stuff and was in class again!

@chelsea how do you use these at the Y? Do you take your iPad with you?
@@rosefonseca2013 Depending of the type of phone hou have, you can use water proof case, and download videos and play them and the songs (in my case i use a android phone with a bluethoot sound box in the side of the pool) from your phone!
How long do we do them soy know how many calories for 1 hour ?
