Suitable for beginners as well as more advanced.
No Equipment needed! But if you wish to intensify your work, feel free to use webbed gloves and/or ankle weights.

Welcome Mor, just about to head to aqua aerobics now. Winter weather here in south east Australia. The jumping jacks or jills with opposite arms also gives the brain a workout. Regards, Paul

Yay! I love your pool workout videos. I recently added a weighted dive belt for added weight and resistance. Please do a deep water video for full body toning. 🙏🏻 I am just treading water and think I could be doing more with my body at the same time but don’t know what to add (I’m a lap swimmer) Thank you!! 😊❤👙

I don’t know how to swim 😮
But lately I have been doing water aerobics by myself and has. Helped me so much my pains have subsided 90 %
I feel great and lost inches and
Weight however
I have to be careful I’m 70 yrs and have bad knees 😢
Lastly I don’t know what to do
As the weather
Will change 😂😢
