    Thank you, Stacy! I like the time of 30 mins. I can do that!
    I love your instruction at the beginning of an exercise and the reminders, “engage your abs!”
    The reason you stand out over others is
    1. Clear instructions
    2. Fun workout- no more than 45 seconds per rep
    3. Variety
