- Burn, strengthen and tone up your body with this fun and challenging deep water workouts!
Some of the exercises you can do also in shallow water, but most exercises are designed for the deeper end of the pool.
This pool is not so deep. only 5 ft. my height is 5.5"
make sure you have enough room for your legs and feet. If you're able to float (submerged to the neck) in an upright position with your feet NOT touching the bottom - that's good for this workout.
VERY IMPORTANT! IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO SWIM - USE A FLOATATION BELT OR SKIP THIS WORKOUT!

Hello from Missouri! I'm doing your Mor Moves at the indoor public pool until it warms up enough to open our pool. I like your challenges!
Wonderful! Have fun 🤩
Hi, I love your exercises, thank you 😍
Thanks! Glad you like them! 💕
Good suggestions, thanks. You look somewhat more elegant than I do when I’m in the pool doing my aqua aerobics.
The instructor at the pool I attend went off to a big expo in Florida two weeks ago.
We shall see if she’s been inspired with new routines for us! Cheers, Paul from south east Australia 🇦🇺
Hi Paul! Thanks for your feedback! I’m pretty sure she got some inspiration! Enjoy your aqua workouts 😊
Wonderful exercise!!
Glad you like it! ❤️
Thanks
Welcome ❤️
Hello from Chicago🎉. I found your channel 3 months ago and since then I swim.30min then do yout half hr exercises, 1 day with hand weights, 1 day aerobic weight loss videos, I alternate. I am 48 and perimenapouse. I can tell that I enjoy and see results with your workout.shpwing under the water is great for us and love the moves. One question, for the motivation purpose😅, for example diamond moves with hand buoys, which part if the body gets effected specifically etc? 😊 thank you so much and looking forward for more explanatory videos❤
Thanks for sharing! So glad you’re enjoying and making a progress with the videos!
The diamond exercise is for the core and oblique muscles. It’s like doing a side bend but from the lower body 😉
@@MorMovement thank you sooo much! I thought for obliques but wanted to make sure😁perfect thank you soo much❤
I am watching your videos with the buyous I get up at 5am to swim at the ymca and learning off your videos how to exercise in the pool! Thank you! From Sc.

I’ve been doing deep water aerobics for 5 days a week for the past 3 months at the ymca but I have to use a water belt does that make the exercises less effective, plus how do you stay afloat while doing the exercises without it?
Hi Jill, that’s great! The belt can actually help you maintain a better form and make it even more efficient in some exercises! In this video I stay afloat using the hand buoys.
