I love your calm, supportive approach. No screaming like a drill sergeant. I’ve done at least 3 videos a day for the last week. I live in Ontario Canada, so pool season is short. I’ve been looking for an aqua barre class and this is freaking fantastic! My inner thighs and glutes finally feel activated and it’s easier for me to make that elusive mind body connection with this workout. I did buy all three of your programs but I can’t print them. The icon is greyed out. Still a very, very worthy purchase. Thanks so much for this and please consider doing another aqua barre class!

How do we know the date or where part A/B or 1/2 is? I would like to do them in order. I love these workouts! I am almost 62 yrs old and these are great to do in my own pool and less strain on my body, but much better workouts than I have found so far!
Hi Neva, thanks for your feedback. You can do these aqua sessions in whatever order you feel like. Maybe on days you have more energy- do the more intense ones and other days try the core/pilates/stretch ones. Enjoy ;)

I found Oodles of noodles at Walmart. Is this a standard noodle? Would you recommend the jumbo noodle as well?
