Ok I have to say something here. I am 64 years old. I do water workouts everyday, ride my bike, walk. Last week I had a bone infusion for my osteoarthritis, 4 days later I woke up with my left knee Kepler the size, right knee soon followed, everything swelled, my husband had to lift me up and down to get to bathroom.... Excruciating, screaming in agony. Drs think it sent my lupus into a massive flare. Finally after 4 days they got me on steroids, and I was able to put both feet in floor. Today is 5th day and in great pain I put myself in the pool. I found this workout that was deep water, no equipment save water gloves and gave it a try. The most painful workout I've ever done, my muscles are so stiff and painful.... But I just went as far as I could but was so slow... I didn't care I was doing it. This already has made a difference. I need deep water no equipment for awhile just moving helps. Thank you so very much for having something I could do... Slowly, awkwardly, but do. I'm going to try and do deep water no equipment daily for awhile. I've gained 12 lbs in 4 days... Gotta get that fluid in body to leave. Again, thank you. You will be helping me heal.
I’ve been doing both of your deep water workouts lately and on one of them, you reminded us not to go beyond our range of motion. Such a good reminder!! As I’ve gotten stronger, I tend to put more effort behind my moves without restraint and end of pulling something. Thanks so much!!
Hi Jennifer....great that you heard that and followed it. It is about control especially when we are challenging ourselves. Keeping good form is best! Great to hear you are getting stronger.....so happy for you!

What is a good bag to carry all your Aquatic fitness equipment. I have my float belt, dumbbells, floatation board, webbed gloves and resistance bands etc..
