Ingredient respected, I know what I'm eating, protein, vegetable, sauce. Pair with a glass of whatever wine or drink. Great. What's not to like. Yes it's a "safe preparation" there is not too much risk taking...but it's good, it's food and at the end of the day this is what I want to eat not some fancy tiny glorified chemistry experiment .
After seeing the F1 prices in Miami for food. That will be $350 please!
