    Man I so much love this channel , no bull shit talk , just craftsmen and their art and without the narration you still learn a lot. Keep up the great work guys, be it because you like it or it brings business I hope you receive your justified rewards for your time and efforts. That Hood ( or bonnet as we say in UK ) I doubt wouldnt have a better finish if buffed and polished. Quite an unusual colour too, not seen it here in UK or not caught my eye as much. Kudos Nick

    That sir is beautiful work. Does that Walcom unit make that much difference in the texture of that paint And in the clear. How much heat is generated by that system? That clear is really slick. Thanks for a great video you take care.

    dude I have never seen anyone spray so far away with a tekna. you must have your fan narrowed. If I did that it would come out a bit dry. running wide open with 3 turns out. ms to hs clear. hs clear 3.5 turns.

      Same here. I spray 5" away with my Tekna Copper but I spray in high temp 80 to 90 degrees. He has ideal conditions 70 to 75 I'm guessing.

    • @Mikefngarage
      @Mikefngarage 5 лет назад +2

      yea he looks like 10 to 12 inches if I did that it might come out a bit dryer than I like 5 to 6 inches even at 75 I spray at 80 to 90 too mostly but sometimes lower temp. I found it I narrow the fan the clear comes out more coarse atomization. That is why some guys dont like the tekna because they cant get used to spraying that way so close. the iwata is more for that style spraying. IDK I can spray any way the gun shoots.
