I just got one at costco...I'm trialing and erroring it but I think I've figured out a good system for me......I have everything worked out EXCEPT one annoying thing.... when the ice is moved to the main freezer bin... it becomes this big conglomeration of fused ice that needs to be broken up... once it's broken up... it's fine and the dispenser dispenses it.... What I started doing is getting one of those large zip lock freezer bags.... as it makes ice I dump it into the bag...move to freezer... rinse/repeat until the bag is full... at this point... the ice is sort of stuck together but it's easier to break it up in the bag....Now I can dump the full bag of loose into the ice bin and it stays perfect without having to worry about it...

Can you keep the machine on to keep the ice cold?
The ice will slowly melt into water reservoir and just continually remake ice. The machine doesn't refrigerate the interior of the ice basket and water reservoir. It stays as cold as the ice it produces. Just keep the water reservoir topped off. Thanks, Strawberry.
I got one it seems to be a dud no basket or scoop either and doesn’t work looks like it was returned afraid to take it back myself lol
