- Hi, ramen lovers! If you love ramen and cheese, you will definitely love this recipe! It's fairly easy to make but very delicious! As a ramen lover myself, this is one of my favourite Korean ramen recipes. You only need a few ingredients, try this at home :)
CREAMY CHEESE RAMEN
Shin Ramyun 1 pack
200ml water
150ml whole milk
1 sliced cheddar cheese

It’s more flavorful if you wait until the noodles are half-cooked, strain most of the water and then leave a bit of excess water, THEN add the seasonings.

one of the yummiest and easiest food recipes ever. Just made this for me and my cousin and he said it was delicious:) better with more cheese and ramen if you're a big eater!

Is the green onion/spring onions necessary? and is it okay if I could just wait till the noodles are half cooked to add the seasoning because the seasoning packet for me comes together with the veggie mix and flavor

@@EhsanMusic I live in Abu Dhabi, we have sliced cheddar cheese for sandwiches etc here. Not everyone is American, stop assuming you know everything.

amazing but its too hot to eat and by the time it has cooled down the chese is not melted anymore

Hi, if you add the milk in the beginning, it can curdle. That’s why I prefer adding it later :)

I have done this before...and surprisingly noooo..you dont even taste milk...its like creamy cheesy noodle...super good
