Made the first one, and honestly it really turns a normal pack of noodles into a 5 star meal! 10/10 I’m most definitely gonna be making this more than expected
I made the first one and my dumbass assumed I could use red pepper flakes in substitute for chili flakes cause I don’t have any. Major mistake, it was really hot but that wasn’t the problem, it tasted horrible 😂
Her recipes are great and from her recipes i made my style of instant ramen that just satisfies my need 1) i use knorr noodles chicken flavour and cook the noodles with (half packet of seasoning packet ) 2)I made a sauce using soya sauce+red chilli sauce + ketchup+milk + garlic mayo + half seasoning left in the packet+powdered red chilli or u can add red chilli flakes + chicken powder (very little amount)+ black pepper ★I chop 4 to 5 medium sized garlic cloves amd 1 green chilli and fry them in the pan when they turn golden brown i add my sauce to the pan and let it cook until it has a coating consistency ★lastly i add my noodles from which i drained the water before . The noodles are added to the pan and mixed with the sauce ★you can simply garnish it with some chicken nuggets and sesame seeds or green onion even if you don't have cheese or these garnishing options available you can eat them simply. Trust me they taste the same . ★If anyone is willing to try the recipe i can give measurements as well
For those that workout and need the protein but too lazy to cook (like me), just add 2 eggs (however stye you like) into the mix. I usually boil 2 soft boiled eggs, ,season with salt and pepper and it's really good!
It's good if you scramble the eggs and add them to the noodles about 30 seconds before they're done. Egg drop soup! I usually make it on Saturdays when my husband is fasting. I put a lot of spices in (chili powder, cumin, cayenne, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cilantro or parsley, and whatever else sounds good at the time). Then add a handful of your favorite cheese and a nice sized dollop of sour cream to balance out the cayenne. It's delish!
I tried the Cajun Recipe and it was amazing!!! Perfect mix between salty, spicy and sweet - I don't like the seasoning packets that come with ramen so this really worked well for me. Will definitely use this recipe again!
i tried the first recipe and it was good ! my sister said it tasted like bulgogi. i used the hot chicken buldak for the noodles and since i don't have chili flakes i used some of the sauce from the buldak and it tasted great! will definitely try again :)
All of the recipes is a nice change from the traditional. Thank you for showing your recipes especially when you're low on pennies. I think this is a wonderful cheap alternative to stay full and it tastes good I don't think my family will have a problem. I greatly appreciate it.
Just tried the first one as I'm going to make my way through them all wow it was tasty and you were not messing around without the heat warning from the chilli flakes. 🥵🥵🥵
Everything looks so easy and good. Nice video. The only thing I will say is that the noodles are WAY over cooked. I like mine slightly al dente and then I fry the noodles in butter for some crispiness. I'll add some of the seasonings shown here. 😋🍜
The amout of chilli flakes you added in the first one was absolutely lethal💀also, I Iike to water down the paste and then cook the noodle in the broth, using this method the noodles absorb more flavour
Yeah from someone who comes from low middle class it’s kind of disheartening to resort to the cheapest videos for food. Don’t get me wrong I can make some of these but not all it makes me sad to know I don’t even have ingredients for something that is easy to make. I sometimes hate the situation I’m always in and it does feel bad. God even while typing this it makes it feel worse. But good recipes!
Come on! The ingredients in this video are not expensive at all. There are basic seasonings and vegetables and a middle class person can definitely afford that. Unless you are not middle class. Also, you can always substitute ingredients for what you have in ur fridge. It's all abt how ur taste preferances are.
so like a year ago i searched up instant ramen recipes and came across this video, watched the first one and procedeed to make it. I have been obsessed with it ever since. So damn good. I use hot sauce instead of the chili flakes though, because idk where to get those but ohhh myy godd. Thank you so much for this video, i will watch the rest now and probably try them too
these all look amazinng!!! I just made the first one, and I'll be sure to try a few others. I'm especially looking forward to the one with heavy cream.
Add eggs some meat and veggies taste really good 👍 👍👍😋😋 was hoping to learn some new recipes when I clicked on this video but nope , and I add lots of green onions chives taste really good like that 👍👍😋 yumm
Made the first one, I was worried that it would be a little bland with the lack of ingredients and me not having chilli flakes and scallions but IT WAS STRONG, BOLD, POWERFUL. Don't understimate garlic and soy sauce lol, I used honey instead of sugar, a little siracha instead of the chilli flakes whixh i added while mixing the ramen and added a fried egg to it at the end, I was glad I did that to turn down the flavour just a little bit 🤣. I used indomie and added the flavour packets with the minced garlic when it browned. Highly recommend 🤌 I can barely cook so if I can do it you can too!
Made the first one: I did add a tiny pinch of the seasoning packet the noodles came with- I think that made it way too salty. Next time I'll omit that part but I'll also add a little less soy sauce. GO EASY ON THE CHILI FLAKES HOLY CRAP as I'm typing this, I'm still waiting for the sensation in my lips to come back- otherwise, it was DELICIOUS!!! I wonder if adding egg to it would dull down some of the heat? 10/10 can't feel my lips but super delicious
So I tried the second recipe and it was pretty good actually! My parents really likes it for once lol sooo id recommend it imma go try the third recipe and be back lol
I would suggest that you use brown sugar because it has a different flavour profile compared to white sugar. And using chilli powder shouldn’t be a problem! Hope this helped! :)
Everyone should try it when you add egg to the water to boil with the noodles so it looks like scrambled eggs, drain the water then add mayo and siracha 😭 never going back to normal
So i tried the first one and OH MY GOD IT CAME OUT DELICIOUS Btw if yall are making the first one i recomend to add the water and half of the water again and a half of soysouce because if u make a bit it wont turn out (Optinal) or idk if u get what i say but yeahh
Heavy cream is the milk higher percentage of fat that separates from regular milk. It gets skimmed off and sold separately or turned into butter, ice cream, etc. If you can't find anything labelled heavy cream search for dairy with a high butterfat percentage - like 35-40% at least. In America it's sold separately and often bought to be whipped into whipped cream or added to coffee, hot chocolate, or various desserts. It's also recently become God-awful expensive, so I hope where you live it's not so bad!

They added brown sugar.. what was the output of taste ? Was it sweet something like that?

If it's 3am and you're mom's still up, damn, ask her if she wants noodles too.

1) i use knorr noodles chicken flavour and cook the noodles with (half packet of seasoning packet )

I tried your recipe but added the soup water and omg it was bang. I took my own measurements. Seriously i just loved it. Chefs kiss
I'm a little late, so I'm not sure if you'll read this reply, but I want to try this recipe. Can you give me the measurements?

gonna try this. thanks for the tip
I use eggs for my noodles it really helps
Or avocado
Noodles actually have a decent amount of protien themselves. The pack of shin ramen is 9g - good addition to your daily intake.

Thank you for sharing these wonderful recipes! I can’t wait to try them all.
Will the first recipe work if we add regular sugar instead of brown sugar? And regular chilli powder instead of chilli flakes?
I would suggest that you use brown sugar because it has a different flavour profile compared to white sugar. And using chilli powder shouldn’t be a problem! Hope this helped! :)
i know that you probalby dont care rn, but you can definetly use white sugar, there is no diffrence in taste

Is it supposed to be 2 tbsp of red pepper flakes or 2 tsp? 2 tbsp seems like a lot, but sounds great!

Will it taste the same if I add normal sugar instead of brown one?
I'll try the first recipe tonight without the sugar, a little butter and chilli powder (don't have flakes)

you can just use regular sugar
