Cheyenne is the only one who cooked hers right and included the broth. The way she described it also really makes me want to try it myself. that's not even ramen...that's just regular noodles. ramen is the art of noodles in a soup/broth and a specific type of noodle at that. did you know there is over 50 type of noodle in Asia and one is specifically for Ramen. that proves they are meant to be soft with roth...not eaten dry...stupid people like this annoy me.

@@SuperMiIk making REAL Ramen requires a lot of care and time, the broth alone requires putting (say it's a meat ramen) loads of meat into a pot for DAYS to get the flavour out of them u combine that with other things like spices and spring onion and all other manner of good things. instant ramen can still taste good but it is no where near as good as the real thing. THAT is my point. Ramen is like creating a painting...it takes a long time and effort, u can't just slop in noodles and a flavour stock and then it's done.

definitely. i work at a ramen spot and they be simmering their broth for 50-70 HOURS. broth is definitely the make or break for authentic ramen

@alyzeh haider usually a simple broth is cooked/simmered at a minimum of 4-8 hours depending on the protein or what you want to extract exactly. Past 12 hours all the flavours and essentials are in the broth already, 40 hours is really pushing it unless your chef is adding more to the broth like aromatics or protein. But otherwise there's no point. Even the legendary Sano didn't make his broth that long I assume.
Well it's also the noodles themselves as well tbh.
I love my ramen as a soup, idk why these people are calling it "watery", if you was really struggling, you'd be on that soup life. The liquid HOLDS flavor and helps fill your belly.

Cook the ramen al dente, drain 90% of the water off, add seasoning, add cheese, add tuna fish, and add peas. After a couple minutes of mixing it completely, turn it off. The liquid from the peas and tuna will add more water to it, but not even where it becomes mushy.
