I don't leave many RUclips comments but I felt like I needed to for the creator. I was born and raised in the southeastern US and we have a very different view of food. Around here we would classify this type of dish as a breakfast meal. I was never really big on eastern dishes mostly because they were different than what we are used to. And one day this video was recommended to me via YT and I watched it but almost immediately wrote it off because the use of sugar in the eggs, the mayo and sweetened condensed milk. I was like there's no way that's good. Well curiosity got the better of me and I tried it. I cooked it exactly to the video and let me tell you it changed my whole view of food. It was the best sandwich I have ever had. My fiancé begs me to make this recipe at least twice a week. It is indescribably good. I now use this channel exclusively for new meal ideas. Here is my ONLY suggestion, use marinated fried Spam.
Tried this today. It tastes really good! Unfortunately, it is too sweet for my husband so we are cutting out the sweet sauce. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Will continue to use the garlic butter sauce for toasts and thr sriracha mayo 😁
@@artyomkornevsounddesign5762 Heya, I used sweet condensed milk. The mayonnaise helps cut a little of the sweetness but if you prefer things less sweet you can also try changing the ratio - adding more mayo and less sweet condensed milk.
Interesting recipes! I would omit the sugar from eggs and add maybe half of the quantity in the sauce. Great ideas, though, I like the final look in those cute boxes. Thank you!

for less sugar i sub milk + sugar in the eggs with cream and for the honey mayonnaise garlic sauce I use sour cream instead! I just wrap the eggs with lots of bacon and viola. I'm strict keto and this works well for me :p

Adding sugar to the eggs and the sauce was much too sweet! I reccomend making eggs how you like with the milk, (i add garlic salt and pepper), and skip the condense milk sauce or don't add too much. Absolutely agree. The sauses can be healthier and not so fatty with less mayo, using sour cream instead. Though on the whole the recipe looks good 😊

Да не должно. Сгущёнка -- это молоко и сахар, майонез -- растительное масло и яйца. Вроде ничего взрывоопасного = )
