@@Blondinka_ , I'm sorry but I didn't count that time. But I can tell you first lose fat and then have sport. Because sport is for tonifying muscles. Pay attention to what you eat, especially if that's something like white bread, sweets
I used to do 3 blogilates workouts at the time. But this was 5 years ago. Now I trying to rebuild my fitness. This is a perfect quick workout for someone who is just getting back to exercising.

I, personally, can't be doing this as a warm up yet, as I'm still building towards bettering my stamina and cardio abilities, but I DID add this to the end of my full body/cardio playlist for today, and I sure did enjoy it as a quick blast burn out type thing before my cool down stretches! 😊 Maybe I'll be able to graduate to using this as a nice warm up in the future as I progress, but for now, this is going on my favorites list for light cardio workouts 😅

Great workout 💪 i like Celsius drinks, they are healthy and safe to drink. They do work giving that good boost of energy and burn calories. The peach kind is my favorite too🙂
