Yin Yoga Class With Props | 1 Hour All Levels Practice

- A 60-minute yin yoga class to release tension in the body and melt stress away. This practice is all about slow and steady conscious breathing as well as listening to your body and watching your mind. We will hold each pose for 2-3 minutes each. Do not force anything. Just let it all come forward and find stillness inside of it. That is where you will experience the benefits of this practice.
Props needed: 2 yoga blocks (optional blanket and bolster)
Roll out your mat and enjoy!

The hour went by so fast. Deer pose was new to me but achieving it and swan pose was gratifying. Ive only been doing Yin Yoga about a month now. This practice is among my favorite by far. Thanks for what you do. As a truck driver I so desperately need Yin and Restorative Yoga.

@@JessicaRichburg Yes, I love both supported fish and saddle cuz I sit at my computer a lot and my upper body and hips/low back get so closed up. But I also love pontoon cuz it really gets to my low back and hip flexors when I completely relax into it...and you started with that lol...heaven!
