      Nope...non compete is bigger than 90 days.. you will have limited options to choose from and the organizations will take advantages of this...Competition is good for employees..

      @@visheshsethiya7032 three companies can work for one client and what about competitors? You can't join tcs, ibm, wipro, cts...I know there are better companies but most recruitment happened in those companies..

    i genuinely believe indian youth should start not to work in india or india based consultancy companies as the business model is solely based on exploitation of poor work force.
    Just going by the data, these companies are actually generating revenue 8-10x the average cost on per employee basis.
    Their clients are mostly rich Europe or north America based product companies. With the invent of chat GPT and the regular upgradation these types of work and the cost associated with will reduce to a large extent in 5-10 years. Then these companies won't think twice in shedding off all the employees who will be in their mid 30s or 40s.
    Better start a business sacrificing the immediate penny gain of 3-5 LPA.

    I had an offer letter from an IT company which said I couldn't work for any competitor till 2 years after leaving that company.
    It was my first job and i wasn't sure what to do.
    Fortunately, i didn't take that job.

    We all know the law that non compete and bonds aren't enforcible in courts,but the problem is that the old company Doesn't gives you experience letters, without that we cannot prove our last experience, also if we break bond as per employer not as per law then next companies mindset is like ye employee toh bin bataye chod chala ja sakta hein

    Why don't you teach the topics Industrial relations, labour laws, General accounting principles and Insurance that are asked in UPSC EPFO examination on youtube? You guys are great in content creation and your channel is also focussed on these topics. It will help a lot of students who are appearing in the examination but can't buy highly priced courses of various coaching institutes.

    My current employer, increased the notice period from 2 months to 3 months for all employees effective from 1st January,2023 and the HR department communicated the same through a generic mail to all the employees in December,2022.
    Currently I am serving my notice period starting from 8th February,2023.
    Could you please help me to understand if it's possible to challenge my employer and could be released within 2 months as per my original employment contract.

    I don't have a non-compete clause... But my company gave me 3lakh bonus in the middle of the year and added a term that in case i leave within 2 years... I'll have to return that money... I didn't get the option to even accept or reject this..

    I want to know that, for example i am working at X bank with third party tie up company A. This X bank has 3 Life insurance partner third party companies like A, B, C. Now my company has applied a law that I can't join X bank directly and also I can't join the B and C company for the next 6 month after relieving the company A. This is very much bad. Because remaining B and C companies are tied up with 9 banks. So in my location i am not able to switch the job.

    I get this response from Pg portal complaint kindly see ......Sir, with reference to the member appeal, it is informed that on scrutiny of documents received in this office it comes to notice that there is change in father name falls under the category MAJOR CHANGE. Major change in member profile leads to change in member identity and which further arises the risk of fraudulent payment. On further scrutiny of documents received for modification it comes to notice that the joint declarations along-with enclosures i.e. responsibility cum clarification letter, copy of Aadhar Card, PAN Card, 10th Mark-sheet or certificate/Passport (if available)/Birth Certificate, salary slip, employee id card, joining letter, appointment letter, bank statement of salary account etc. are attested by the authorised signatory. Further, it is also submitted that in case of major modification the """""""joint declaration is to be signed by the employer only not by the authorised signatory"""". In this regard, member may be advised to resubmit the attested copy of above mentioned documents attested from employer so that the modification may be carried out. Any Rule about this or they just delaying it

    Hello sir, Currently I am working as an Assistant Manager in a regional rural bank of Uttar Pradesh. At the time of joining I had signed a bond of 2 lakh for 2 years. Currently I have completed 9 and half months. Recently I have been selected as Assistant Audit Officer under CAG department of GOI. To join CAG, I need NOC from bank but they are asking me to pay 2 lakh before that. I have already submitted a application of bond transfer but they have not replied to that. What can I do now?

    मैंने कोटक बैंक की पॉलिसी परचेस की थी बट उसके दो प्रीमियम भरे दो प्रीमियम भरने के बाद लॉक डाउन लग गया था 2 साल का तो मैं तीसरा प्रीमियम जमा नहीं कर पाया और जब मैं आज प्रीमियम भरने कोटक बैंक वाले बोलते हैं आपके दोनों प्रीमियम वापस नहीं किए जाएंगे और यह पॉलिसी एक्सपायर हो गई मेरे फिफ्टी थाउजेंड रुपीस बैंक वाले नहीं pay कर रहे है
