Its extremely sad that women have to be told and shown the sufferings of men, as if its not even visible. It clearly shows most women only care about themselves, men are mere utilities in the society and everything is about women and children. No wonder so many young men are staying away from women, relationships, marriage and kids. I live in the US and I thought this trend is only prevalent here, but unfortunately India is no less. No offence to any woman, but I guess zero interaction with women throughout life is the best way to go for men. Nevertheless a few women like Deepika keep the flame of hope burning that perhaps all women are not the same.

I m 38 divorced from mumbai. My wife used my body, my money n drained me emotionally. Daily arguments, no work at home, no respect, no financial contribution, no true love and threat me every day and doubts on me and had eye on my money and property. Best solution is to stop marriage, no kids and stay stress free life with lovely pets and parents. kids after some age don't stay with parents to look after in old age

After 16 years of marriage, i had to go through all these false case(498A, DV the complete catalogue). I fought. I had no idea what these sections were and how the judicial system work. My advice is to gain all the knowledge about the laws and have solid proofs. You never know when you might need them. And maintain your dignity and spirit because to fight for your innocent with the one you loved for so long in court is very difficult and painful.

I married a girl in April this year whom I had known for the past 6 years. It was her second marriage and my first. She is the only child of her parents and comes from a well-to-do family, whereas my family background isn't strong at all. I mentioned this to her before the marriage, as my father used to be a factory worker and it was difficult to make ends meet when I was a kid. My father passed away 8 years ago, and since then, I have been taking care of my family, which includes my two sisters and mother. One sister is married, and the other is divorced. The issue that is mentally tormenting me is the constant conflict between my mother and my wife. To end the quarrels, it was decided that my sister and mother would leave the house, even though I was willing to leave. They insisted on going instead. Despite this, my wife constantly abuses and taunts me, claiming my mother has defamed her everywhere. Even though I took her side, I am still being mentally tortured. She abuses my mother and sisters, calling them prostitutes and wishing they were dead. She even gives me "maa-bahan ki gaali" and insults my deceased father. I have never abused or hit her. She has even filed false complaints against my mother and sisters at the police station, accusing them of asking for dowry and domestic violence. She threatens that if I try to leave her, she will press all charges against me and my family. Her mother, who is a lawyer, guides her. She wants my sisters and mother to be beaten in judicial custody and curses them all the time. I feel stuck and realize I made a huge mistake by marrying her. I don't know what to do. She talks badly about me and my family to her so-called bhabhi, who always misguides her. She doesn't want to have a second divorce and prefers to be a widow rather than have a second divorce. What hurts me the most is when she calls me "labour ki aulad" and "ganda khoon" in such a disrespectful way. I never comment about her past married life, even though I have a lot I could say. But I'm not like her. I shared my life details with her, and now she's using every bit of it to torture me mentally. I didn't break her trust, but she did. I feel there is no end to my suffering. I feel so depressed and have anxiety issues. PLEASE HELP; I don't want to end my life. I am completely disconnected from my family. I don't talk much or meet my family, just to ensure she doesn't feel they're influencing me against her, though my family doesn't influence me about her. All they say is to live peacefully, let her abuse us, and don't argue with her. I have no one to share what I am going through every single day. She abuses my mother and sisters and threatens that she'll call the police.

I am victim of harassed husband's in Bangalore, I got married from the day 1 my wife treated me low because of my small job as a waiter on cruise ship, always compared with her brother, father and brother's friends life and then well being, she never stayed in my house, forced me to stay in her parents house, 12 years passed with 2 kids and many unwanted arguments and insults. One day when I was abroad she came to my parents house opened the cupboard and safe took 6 lakh cash, property papers and gold which absolutely belongs to me and went to her home. After that she doesn't want me in her house. Last 12 years I am staying alone without seeing my kids. No one can help me the society, police and family. Now I am 57 yrs, my daughter 24, son 19yrs. I got 1 flat, 1 bungalow and good money but no family. Everyday struggle for food and other household things to do.

Being a woman, I just thought we are unsafe, this podcast was an eye opener.. I salute to such women's who are not just thinking but working and fighting for mens and their rights..
Its extremely sad that women have to be told and shown the sufferings of men, as if its not even visible. It clearly shows most women only care about themselves, men are mere utilities in the society and everything is about women and children. No wonder so many young men are staying away from women, relationships, marriage and kids. I live in the US and I thought this trend is only prevalent here, but unfortunately India is no less. No offence to any woman, but I guess zero interaction with women throughout life is the best way to go for men. Nevertheless a few women like Deepika keep the flame of hope burning that perhaps all women are not the same.

After 16 years of marriage, i had to go through all these false case(498A, DV the complete catalogue). I fought. I had no idea what these sections were and how the judicial system work. My advice is to gain all the knowledge about the laws and have solid proofs. You never know when you might need them. And maintain your dignity and spirit because to fight for your innocent with the one you loved for so long in court is very difficult and painful.

I married a girl in April this year whom I had known for the past 6 years. It was her second marriage and my first. She is the only child of her parents and comes from a well-to-do family, whereas my family background isn't strong at all. I mentioned this to her before the marriage, as my father used to be a factory worker and it was difficult to make ends meet when I was a kid. My father passed away 8 years ago, and since then, I have been taking care of my family, which includes my two sisters and mother. One sister is married, and the other is divorced.
The issue that is mentally tormenting me is the constant conflict between my mother and my wife. To end the quarrels, it was decided that my sister and mother would leave the house, even though I was willing to leave. They insisted on going instead. Despite this, my wife constantly abuses and taunts me, claiming my mother has defamed her everywhere. Even though I took her side, I am still being mentally tortured. She abuses my mother and sisters, calling them prostitutes and wishing they were dead. She even gives me "maa-bahan ki gaali" and insults my deceased father. I have never abused or hit her.
She has even filed false complaints against my mother and sisters at the police station, accusing them of asking for dowry and domestic violence. She threatens that if I try to leave her, she will press all charges against me and my family. Her mother, who is a lawyer, guides her. She wants my sisters and mother to be beaten in judicial custody and curses them all the time. I feel stuck and realize I made a huge mistake by marrying her. I don't know what to do.
She talks badly about me and my family to her so-called bhabhi, who always misguides her. She doesn't want to have a second divorce and prefers to be a widow rather than have a second divorce. What hurts me the most is when she calls me "labour ki aulad" and "ganda khoon" in such a disrespectful way. I never comment about her past married life, even though I have a lot I could say. But I'm not like her. I shared my life details with her, and now she's using every bit of it to torture me mentally. I didn't break her trust, but she did. I feel there is no end to my suffering.
I feel so depressed and have anxiety issues. PLEASE HELP; I don't want to end my life. I am completely disconnected from my family. I don't talk much or meet my family, just to ensure she doesn't feel they're influencing me against her, though my family doesn't influence me about her. All they say is to live peacefully, let her abuse us, and don't argue with her. I have no one to share what I am going through every single day. She abuses my mother and sisters and threatens that she'll call the police.
If you have kids than try to make your marriage work if not just leave her , don't be afraid Jo hoga dekha jayega, be a man

I am victim of harassed husband's in Bangalore, I got married from the day 1 my wife treated me low because of my small job as a waiter on cruise ship, always compared with her brother, father and brother's friends life and then well being, she never stayed in my house, forced me to stay in her parents house, 12 years passed with 2 kids and many unwanted arguments and insults. One day when I was abroad she came to my parents house opened the cupboard and safe took 6 lakh cash, property papers and gold which absolutely belongs to me and went to her home. After that she doesn't want me in her house. Last 12 years I am staying alone without seeing my kids. No one can help me the society, police and family. Now I am 57 yrs, my daughter 24, son 19yrs. I got 1 flat, 1 bungalow and good money but no family. Everyday struggle for food and other household things to do.

Iam also a victim in Bangalore of a false by my to be ex- wife. And this is her second divorce. Her mother also has multiple failed marriage.

In a false rape case, the woman should be sentenced to a minimum of 3-5 years of imprisonment and a cash compensation. These case will go down as soon as the law is passed.
if the rape case filed is proven wrong then the girl should also get the same year of imprisonment that which boy was about to get if he was proven guilty
