After 30 years I can conclude that mujhe Ameer banne se zyada I wanna be healthy, content, be able to take care of ppl around me, be able to face problems and challenges without fear, always keep God in my mind and heart, be of service and be useful. Just like a tree who will bear the sun but give shade. Right now I feel like everyone around me have moved ahead in their lives and that I am stuck in the same place forever, alone and depressed, but never-mind, I just try to pass each day with a smile :-)

I fully agree with u as for as buying power is concerned. Ad long as u don't overspend u will be happy. Real secret of happiness is trying to learn new skill sets. Do some thing exciting. Be nice with people. Learn to consciously help others not necessarily with money but by sharing ur knowledge. Also don't have to compare everything with others. U judge ue self. If u feel u have done right or wrong u know it ur self and u must acknowledge. Modify urself and love a happy life and do whatever it takes.

I wish to share another thought is that our narrative in the distribution of the middle class has restricted ourselves to money and time. These resources are significant in cities, towns, where becoming is priority in life.
The podcast show begins , and refers to the importance of improvement in our life. More than becoming it's about uplifting our own being is mentioned.
Uplifting our own being , needs different parameters. It's more about awareness and acknowledgement. In the distribution of the middle class , at gross level people are for money , fame, power, security , etc is true.
In the gross, others are lost who are seeking the formless,imperishable and are here for salvation.
Looking for the invisible fire , and ways to articulate.

So now i talk less as i realised i am way to ahead in my thinking then these people so u cant help them. Yet i slip many a times and forget to keep my mouth shut. And i fail and come back again. Im belonging to poor classes and now in the next upcoming 10 year maximum lower class population of india will beat up the middle class as we know also have an internet connection... middle class youth will faces the toughest competition ever in their bloodline with poor classes.
Very much Welcome!! I am from upper middle class and we want that others also come up in life. Education will help if you are brilliant or outstanding student else other ways also to come out of poor class. My father was poor but very good student hence we are out of poverty. But if he was a student today, he would have faced very stiff competition.

The poor class aspiration is a great driver to hard work, discipline and take enormous hardship to achieve their dreams. If not done, the competition will really give a jolt to upper middle class (present). I have seen this play out in Singapore. A class of former upper middle class has broken family system and little to show for, yet dwell on status and ego of past "good times".
