Two things that I found really fascinating in this podcast:- 1. That how he created a great profitable business when he was staying at the railway station. And, 2. He got a job in yellow pages just unexpectedly and this incident changed every bit of his life. Had he not gone to drop his friend he would not have gotten the job. So, in life you just can't say that which thing is gonna help you and which is not. You MUST have to be a believer.
Raj - Sometimes your guest takes a pause ; let them take it. They are not taking the pause because you have asked a difficult question that needs simplification. They are pausing because they have to say so much on that topic that they are organizing their ideas. Let them. When your guests pause, you OUTpause them. By doing so, they will share such rare insights that you never imagined they would. Give it a shot.
The utmost learning from this podcast "if you will not innovate with time you will most surely loose" "The thing that worked for you in the previous decade will not work for you in the next one as the consumer has changed" " your fruitful experience from past will become a baggage if you wont innovate with time""
Dear Raj, I am 68 and I am a regular watcher of your Podcasts. I want you to stop giving Equal Analogy to your Guest and ask only Question based on what the Guest is telling. If you do not have a question, allow the Guest to Speak Continuously. You will definitely get a chance to ask a question. In this programme, it looked like you were trying to match Rajesh. Perhaps, we have missed an opportunity to hear the best of his experience. Also, you could have asked him how much he earned through the Financing Activity. Rajesh was honest in accepting what he did, which is not correct as he rotated somebody else money. He could have perhaps given 50% of what he got through the 2nd round of financing to the Original Financier. But, had he stuck with him, he would not have become what he is today. A great experience he had.

Good Job Raj... This is the first i am writing my review about any "Podcast" in India. I got to know that If a common man believe in his ability, he can make wonders that's what Mr. Rajesh Dembla Proved. Thank you so much Mr. Rajesh sharing your expeiriences. It's a really eye opener for the younger generation and the start-up companies since India is going to be part of building up world class Unicorns. I like the way Mr. Rajesh explained his complete transmartation from Railway plotform to budiling world class plot form like "ZOOZLE". I throughly enjoyed the podcast and gave me a sense "Why can't i become Entrepreneur". Another bad part of consumer behaviour in Indian E-commerce Industry, People use the product and return, We need to change this behaviour with tehnical innovations only. I always pray alimight to give good health and piece of mind to Mr. Rajesh Dembla, so that he can build-up better products and plotforms and making younger genration to be part of this revolution.

Very good morning , I am very happy to watch your podcast and wish you a very happy and prosperous life. I only need to share with you "if you cheat someone then nature will cheat you" . When R. R. Demla Sir stayed with no money , no food , someone trusted him and gave him an opportunity to lead a good life. But after a few days he too tried to disappear that person who helped him on his worst time in life. So, everyone in this world willingly always takes steps to cheat someone sometimes.
First of all thanks to you both for adding such priceless pointers in my life and the best part whaat i like most is "Agar kuch karna hai toh bas kuch kuch karte jao sochne mein jyadan time waste mat karo ek din kuch na kuch jaroor ban jaoge" and 3 rd thing was just don't think for you only but you have to add some value and efforts to make our country proud and contribute towards the goleden country. lots of think I learned from this session. It was just amazing and not a single fault point to show....Thanks you again brother love you
I feel like the people who are in the slums have higher chances of earning more money than the educated ones. Of course, the educated has an advantage, but these guys get the practical knowledge that is just precious. If some one wants to start a business in a middle-class educated family he just can't, It can be because of family pressure. They think the only thing to earn money is what? Government jobs. But the 40% of indian wealth is in the hands of 100 people the Corporates, the Entrepreneurs, businessmen etc. Indian Economy thrives because of these guys only.

Thx for sharing, learned alot❤. Prepare for the coming decade. Go specific rather than doing everything to get bigger. Don't sell ur product but make it buy by understanding the needs of the customer and then tell them how ur product can fullfil their needs or dreams. People are getting quality conscious but still we need to find ways to sell good quality products at low or not very high price.
1) Mr Rajesh mentioned 20 mins to understand your client/customers need. But you need those skills to get him to talk for 20mins or in a formal way "spare his time" 2) Brother Raj Shamani quoted "PEU" that was par excellence. I am gonna make a video on this tagging Raj in it. 👌
I strongly agree with the statement that "E-Commerce or quick commerce will not survive." My POV is that the Indian consumer wants discounts, and E-commerce can't give that discount forever. At any point, they have to reveal the actual product price, and at that time, they will lose all consumers. Return and Logistic cost is a major problem for commerce that cannot be solved at any point.
Felt some where you are interfering when he is talking jumping to another question & in the last he is talking about zoozle should be more interaction over there because people like me who don't have any idea about business will know something and somehow what is what.
