FYI: हमारे यहाँ आजकल कुछ advance outsource chip labour provider companies क्या कर रही है की पहले bonus पूरे साल employee कटेगा ही ऐसा बोल कर कटवाती है, बादमे वही अमाउंट बोनस के तोर पर दिवाली पर देती है| मतलब के नाम पे भी पहले काटती है बादमे दिवाली पर उनका ही पैसा उनको काट के देती है|

Question: ESI में पूरी फैमिली (माता पिता) शामिल रहती है। लेकिन जब सैलरी esi limit से ऊपर हो जाती है तो एंप्लॉयर मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस करवा देते है जिसमे लिमिट 1 लाख रुपया है और माता पिता को शामिल नहीं किया गया है। क्या किसी कानून के तहत इसका डिमांड किया जा सकता है?

Mandeep bhai thank you very much. Even I was in sales and was investing side by side of few thousands per month. Recently I had broken my investment and used that for persuing couse that could help me. I was feeling bad for breaking that investment but other thought was its ok yar.
