@vegabond2135 What is the fire rating on the single component spray? Class 1/A? Class B? Where is the TDS or safety sheet? Could not find this info on your website.
Thank you for posting this video introduction to your product. I'm looking to seal rim joists in basement. After fully curing, is this product able to be painted using a spray gun? Thanks.
Hi Vega Bond. I recently purchased your product and have some questions. The video says to dampen the surface, the can does not mention dampening, which is best? The can says the product can be, “applied layer by layer.” The video says something like, “don’t overspray.” Can I spray multiple layers? How long should I wait between layers, if at all? How long does the product take to cure approximately? How much does it expand? When I am spraying will 1/4” of depth expand to 1” when cured, for example? Thanks.
Hi Brian, Product cures with moisture, if it is too dry then dampen the surface, it will increase the curing speed and expansion. Allow 30-45 min for first layer to dry and then you can apply the second layer. Full cure takes 24 hour. Expansion will vary depending on the application temperature, relative humidity etc.. If you need more information please feel free to text/call 404-836-7055 Thank you.
@@WhatStream Vega bond told me the purple was a closed cell in a can. It just doesn’t harden like the 2 part mix. Although I can’t find any confirmation anywhere. 🤷🏻♂️. Just their word.
Maybe not for whole wall, but for smaller places like rim joists this one is the best. You don’t need to mix 2 components, no hoses.
Is this open cell or closed cell ?
Is there a possibility it can offgass for a long time because it didn’t come out right?
Where in Ireland can you get this product
has anyone ever used the nozzles with normal pro foam cans? did it work?
Can I get a discount plzz

hi mike, yes after full-cure the foam can be painted or coated.
What is the recommended thickness per application? Can I spray 2" at one time or do I need to break it up into four separate 1/2" applications?
You can apply 2 inches at a time. V200 and V600 are fast cure foams. It will cure within 60 seconds.
Not sure if it’s gun, you, or foam itself, it covers very not uniformly.
Can it be applied on the ceiling and will it spray well
hi, yes it can be applied to ceilings, roofs, attics and more..
why did they say 20 board ft instead of 20 sq ft 1" thick?
hi Art D. board feet is the term industry uses to omit saying 1 inch.
@@vegabond2135 as someone not in the industry I had to look it up
