I was an only child, my mother was the youngest of 11. It was awesome to have so many cousins, aunts and uncles, however in years past, it was common to have lots of children, not only due to lack of birth control, but the children were expected to help on the farm and with the younger kids. The more children, the more people to work the farm.
What's crazy is they expect the oldest to take care of all of them by himself but yet they cant even do it by themselves I wanna see the mom do this all day w no help from Logan or the other kids
The dad's issue with alcohol should never be justified, but the mom isn't as perfect as she thinks she is. She's putting all the blame on the dad while she's refusing to look at her shortcomings herself. Truly sad.
To be honest, the kids are not the problem, it's the sheer number of them. If I had 10 kids I would probably stay drunk. Her "dream" of 12 kids borders on insanity. She can't take care of what she has now. 12 kids, at what cost to each of the other children?
I pray all works out with this family for the kids' sake. They all seem like such good kids. You could really see in this episode just how big Jo's heart is. God bless you for the help you give! ❤
If I had to be responsible for my nine siblings, I’d be gone. Especially if I was 15. No hon, if you loved kids you’d allow them to be kids and get off your ego centric trip.
Childbirth is parents' ego. You can't choose your parents. That's why parents must raise their children with all the responsibility, so that the children find themselves happy that they were born in this world and in the family. There are too many parents who don't understand that babies are human. You must think seriously about your baby's future before you have one.
I'm shaking my head at the mother for wanting 12 children. I'm not shocked at the dad for not wanting more. I bet Logan didn't want kids after all this craziness
I feel for Logan!! He is right it is not his responsibility to take care of all the kids. He is supposed to help not play parent. I went through that as the oldest sibling.
Same same same. I ended up taking my two youngest siblings and getting them through highschool. They are great adults! They know my home is always theirs.
And not even help,at least if you meant as the oldest. Responsabilities as in helping for the house or helping parents when theyre old enough yes, looking everytime after siblings is also parenting. So no.

I love how Jo put the main point without making you feel being judged. She's less talking when she wants to point out what is the BIG PROBLEM but makes everyone easily understand and accepting that. She's very effective speaker, beyond nanny.
The kids on the "spy camera" sure realize this. They know she's saying the right things in the right way.
I see one responsible adult there...and thats the 15 year old, he isn't a boy, he's a man already. Poor kids being pushed into adulthood much too early. Let them be their age and enjoy life!
Owning up and telling the truth is the hardest thing but accepting you need help and sorting out your problems is so important to life.
I find this father likable & believe he is working hard to learn better parenting skills.
It was so heartbreaking to hear the young son and daughter talking to each other. It shows how aware the children are of how stressful their situation is and how their parents created it.
“What’s going to happen when she’s gone?” 💔💔
I’m glad to see the parents seemed to want to change.
They didn't, they divorced and she got 3 more with someone ese
WHAAAAAT?!? Is this comment legitimate?
One thing I've noticed about all these families is that the dads are literally barely fathers.
That and with some the oldest is ignored / the carer.
Always away at work.
And moms always cry and simply give up
Yes the past 4 episodes I’ve watched had dads with careers who were never home
@@cosmicwitchclarithbecause of the absence of cooperation
I feel so bad for the older kids, mom and dad are very selfish.
Well, it's more so the mom than the dad. I mean, she's the one who wants 12 kids and she was the one who were forcing her older kids to look after the younger ones and got mad if they expressed that they didn't want to.
I do agree with you. It is definitely equally blame and responsibility of both parents. It takes two to tango in creating babies.
100%
very true
They had 3 more kids after filming 🙁
its so sweet how jo reached out to the dad for his addiction issues.
Mom: I love kids
Also Mom: Yelling and screaming & blaming /ranting upon her oldest children.
10 KIDS AND SHE WANTS MORE? THIS LADY IS INSANE
Especially considering she expects her 15 YEAR OLD son to do her and her husbands job and take care of the younger kids.
Ikr
And selfish, should have dreams for the children
She could be quiverfull
She had 4 more children with her new partner
“Oh my, ten kids! That’s a football team.” I snickered at that.
Actually, Jo said “one more and that’s a football team”.
@@rodian_skypyratz6181 I couldn’t tell what she actually said.
@@Lion-lm5sw that is what she actually said "one more and that's a football team"
@@jordangann7438 That cracked me up as she’s British.
Jo said: "one more and that's a football team"
Football team or soccer team if you prefer, has 11 players (10+ 1. goalkeeper)
Little fun fact: The fans of the team as usually refered as the 12th player.
I was this 15 year old and I actually just left :/ it’s brutal when you’re young, I’m glad he had parents that opened up to him and listened to him
Hope you’re doing better 🥺
Nope they didn’t change much I’ve heard the mother had 3 more kids
Sorry to hear that..... wishing u the best!
Hope you’ve somehow managed to heal from that. I am sorry you went through this.
No, he and his sister went NO CONTACT with his mother.
I had 10 kids plus one foster kid. My kids were always told how well mannered they were. When they were all teenagers it got wobbley from time to time but nothing major. I was blessed. ❤️
What were the major problems during teen time?
@@asamicat8323probably the push back of also being forced to raise the younger ones.
"If it happens it happens". SO irresponsible when you already have 10 you're neglecting 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
She had three more after the filming
i never understand how parents expect their OLDER kids to be parents to their YOUNGER ones.
THEY 👏🏽 ARE 👏🏽 STILL 👏🏽 YOUR 👏🏽 KIDS 👏🏽
and the mom is BEYOND selfish. YOU wanted 1O kids. how are you making the first O3 responsible for the younger O7 while YOU’RE NOT?!
Exactly! We have 8 and WE chose to have them.
my mum is the 2nd oldest of 8 and she was taking her younger siblings to school at 7
@@doyouhearthepeoplesing2 well I mean, it really depends on how much other responsibility she had over them, if she was going to school alone anyway and was confident with them then fine. It’s not okay to always make it the child’s job to take care of others though it’s wrong.
I was an only child, my mother was the youngest of 11. It was awesome to have so many cousins, aunts and uncles, however in years past, it was common to have lots of children, not only due to lack of birth control, but the children were expected to help on the farm and with the younger kids. The more children, the more people to work the farm.
She wanted 12 and it was rumored she had 3 more after this
What's crazy is they expect the oldest to take care of all of them by himself but yet they cant even do it by themselves I wanna see the mom do this all day w no help from Logan or the other kids
Big time agreement here. Let's see how bad she wants more if she had no help from the older kids!
The dad's issue with alcohol should never be justified, but the mom isn't as perfect as she thinks she is. She's putting all the blame on the dad while she's refusing to look at her shortcomings herself. Truly sad.
I BET he drinks because of "her dream"
They have ten and she wants more? That mom is insane.
To be honest, the kids are not the problem, it's the sheer number of them. If I had 10 kids I would probably stay drunk. Her "dream" of 12 kids borders on insanity. She can't take care of what she has now. 12 kids, at what cost to each of the other children?
Exactly!!
She needs glasses where you see everything triple. So she would only need 4 kids and see 12 . . . .
It's not Logan's responsibility for watching the kids
It is
@@wendychapman7027 uh no. His siblings are not his children. It’s the parent’s responsibility to watch them.
My heavens they did not know when to stop doing it
🤣
They obviously didn't realize how this happens 🙄
Hmm, there must’ve been something in the water🤪😂
Exactly!!!! They jst didnt know when to pull the plug......or in this case, when to put one!
Lol! Maybe theres nothing good in the tellie....
Jokes aside- if you don't want to parent don't become one.
I love Jo.
She's sensitive to the drinking issues but in her super polite English way she be like...you need to knock that sh!t off. 😆Lol
My heart breaks for Carley. It seems to be scarring her even worse than Logan. I hope she’s O.K. now, and that they all are.
Preach good sister/brother sakuraisan🌸
she should just foster babies. tons of babies in need of cuddles.
So true!!!
She would forget about them in the mess of chaos.
Nailed it!
Babies is what she was interested in.
Foster babies are still human!
Babies aren’t objects though
This episode brought me so many tears from the parents, the kids expressing themselves, the new accomplishments and freedom. Supernanny did it again!
I'm shaking my head at the mother for wanting 12 children. I'm not shocked at the dad for not wanting more. I bet Logan didn't want kids after all this craziness
Well after the episode, she divorced him and had 3 more kids with other man😮
I love the little things she says.
"aw, look at him, he's absolutely knackered."

I know the baby is soo cute 🥰
I love that car that she always pulls up with lol. The Jomobile
New generation London Taxicab...
I feel for Logan!! He is right it is not his responsibility to take care of all the kids. He is supposed to help not play parent. I went through that as the oldest sibling.
Me too
Same same same.
So no.
made me laugh sm when the dad tried to give logan the baby n jo shouted “HE’S OFF DUTY” in the most british voice n logan was laughing at his dad bc the kids weren’t listening
Love how they added that the dad is sober at the end. Hope the family is still doing well and everyone is healthy and happy!
She divorced him and had 3 more kids with other man
Ig they aren't doing very well then
all these parents really be reaching out to jo like "she's gonna fix our child's'' and then jo just DESTROYS the parents
Right my parents when the Brazilian vertion of this show was announced.
Then after one and half episode they understand that it was the parent who were being scolded and never watched another episode.

They should. Drinker and Dreamer, neither one willing to face reality. That means the oldest two kids can't be kids - they should be paid au pair wages.

Whenever I see this, my heart breaks for Logan, Chazlyn and Carly. I hope they are living their best life now 💚
The fact that the teens haven't ran away from home considering how "mom" treats them is bewildering!
I remember this family. If they already couldn’t handle the kids they had, why in the hell weren’t they preventing themselves from having more?!
They weren't preventing because she wanted more even not being able to deal with what she already had.
@@shrek_is_hot830no… one of the older kids lives at home. so this is incorrect
Some women just like being pregnant and not actually raising children. Incredibly selfish couple.

I’m always in awe of Jo. She’s not afraid to talk about any subject and tell them how she feels and what she knows. I love how she’s advocating for the older kids. Someone needs too. Mom just seems that she has her dream and won’t let anything stop her. I read somewhere that they actually had 3 more children after this. Unbelievable.
