It’s incredible that people care so much about who gives them the message vs what the message is. So much of what Jo said was stuff gramma already had told mom and dad. They just couldn’t take it because it was from gramma, which is so sad. I was happy to see mom spending one on one time, but what about dad? He should be doing the same, and I hope he does. I was really glad to see Gramma getting some appreciation at the end (even if Jo had to make them). She really deserved it.

For that mom to say the nanny should know how to deal with and raise her own children even though she doesn't...I lost it! I love that Jo told the parents straight up that they're immature and lazy. They needed to hear that big time. Thank God for that nanny calling Jo for help. She likely saved those kids lives if not just the baby. It's infuriating. I really hope these parents started doing better.
