I’m 11 and have to deal with it. It’s not bad. You have to be the role model for your younger siblings and show them how to be mature. Then they will like to hang out with you because you will understand how they feel. Even with the age gap. (When I was 7, my mom had twins)

Open communication free from judgment is so crucial to have with your children. I didn't feel that I could talk to my parents about ANYTHING, so I made sure to do things differently with my own kids. My son is more reserved when it comes to the tough topics, but oh my word, my daughter tells me EVERYTHING, and asks me ALL the questions. This is how I believe it is supposed to be, and I love it.

I don’t see anything wrong with ‘LIL Eric” because he’s just at that age and you can clearly tell by his height he matured early. So it’s super normal for teens going through puberty to get into that distance stage with their parents because they’re too busy trying to figure out themselves and all the changes going on both mentally and physically.

I feel bad for the husband, he comes home and starts doing all of the housework. All the wife does is sit on the phone or walk around the house. She does absolutely NOTHING. But that’s going to change. The relationship between the parents and their teenage son, has to change. I’m so happy that the parents are doing their jobs as parents.
