Plymouth GTX was my favorite Mopar when I was a kid, I swore someday I would own one... Out of the reach of an average Joe financially, nowadays; what a shame. My buddys older bro had a Plymouth Superbird; when he left for the Vietnam War, he told his Mom to exercise it once a month; so she would use it to go grocery shopping once a month instead of the station wagon; it was mind blowing to see this middle aged woman driving that car down the street w/ curlers in her hair, wheelie bar's an all...That car turned heads wherever it went. Had a 440 Magnum w/ a six pack an all kinds of engine/ drive train mods...

Exactly. I love the car, love the idle, love the engine…but I have a few that are over 1000 and there are just enough signs on this set up…that say…nowhere near 1400.
