Video could have easily been twice as long - - so much more of this fabulous Mopar to reveal! The narrowed axle and huge wheel/tire combination works so well with this body style. Absolutely purposeful and gorgeous!!
I had a 1969 GTX in 1980 when I got out of the ARMY in Anchorage Alaska, I had a blast running around the strip in Anchorage that year!!! Never will forget for sure!!!!
This was my dream car back in the '60s. A friend had a '68 that I really liked. I just love the straight look of the '68, the rear end and how spread out it looks. It seems to be wider than a normal car but IDK. Really good looking car here.
I had a new 68 GTX and a 69 GTX back in the day. I cannot tell you how much this brings back memories. I would trade my boat for 1 right now, but the wife and grandkids won't let me. Great video of a perfect car.
Kool car!! I like the straightest black panels I've ever seen. I like that the reflection at 00:39 looks a pic rather than a reflection. A video well done with background music where it belongs: in the background, not overpowering the video sounds.
I'm not a fan of the big wheels but I love the car, I've had a bunch of mopars over the years and drove my Mom and Dad's 1968 Charger to the prom with my wife of 50 years now.
Seen this video a lil while ago took for ever to find it again I wanted to show my dad.Right when I was about to give up It popped up on the side, badass car.
I still have my dad's 1969 GTX he bought a brand new when he came back from Vietnam. Then died of cancer in 1985 and the only thing that is not original on the car are the wearable parts. It has 57,092 miles, it has never been in an accident.
love that car. i had a 69 satellite 4door while in high school, had so many issues related to the old lady sunday driver it had before me (carboned valves, intake ect) 98k original miles when i sold it, regret every one but can appreciate a good sounding mopar when i see one, even if not carb'd. sweet gtx!!
NO, in Canada Ontario they would see you on the QEW and want to be in front. They try to smoke my Ram 2017 they can't, when I am on there ass bushing they do at the end move the fuck out of the way. People are just fucken, Ignorant and would best see them in the ditch. (Nice car Buddy)
Love the car the rims are nice but I like some side walls on my tires used to love driving my 1970 440 runner that thing would do 130 and sill gas pedeal had bench seat big ole pistol grip shifter man that thing would go had a good gear for the hiway one of the best handling cars I ever had you could drive that thing sideways up a street a few people would not get in thought I was crazy

I love it. If i have GTX, maybe i will use it for track day.
Beautiful Beautiful my favorite car. Rings me back I the day. Miss my old Mopar. 68 GTS.
nothing happier than a muscle car that gets to stretch it's legs outside city limits
Had one years ago. Very nice! GTX
Man,I can't wait for spring to get here!!
That is funnier than heck it’s exact same song I used to play when I drag raced my 69 GTX in 1972
Great car! You have a very serious set up! Not easy to build to your level, kudos:-):-):-)

I live in Vernon B C ...Are you in the south Okanagan?
Those rear wheels are horrific. Take it and get it restored.
That's some fast and furious shit right there! Doesn't look like the wheelie bars will be used with those tires. Beautiful car for sure.
Warning erections lasting more then four hours where caused by this car. My dad bought one brand new with the 440cu and it was a beast.
... I saw those strips as I was towing my travel trailer to Rock Creek. I remember wondering what made those. Nice car.
Just a beautiful beast!
Wow and love the car. And It goes very fast too. Thumbs Up liked.
It's an awesome whip.
