I saw you on tarkov a few days ago trying to under cut me on the flea market for my shiny red hexagon rails. Knew there was another tarkov video soon.

Just hit next with items still on the scav. When it asks "Are you sure, items on scav will be lost" hit no. Then wait a minute or 2 and you will get the back end error and your scav inventory will reset to what you extracted with.
