I usually don't find these types of visual mnemonics as helpful since I end up just forgetting the image as well haha, but thanks to this video I finally remembered the prostacyclins and prostaglandins. First Aid is so confusing with the up/down arrows, but the dilated pipe + flying dishes finally helped it to stick in my brain! Thank you!
