What a point of conclusion presented by Subhash ji......! I must say its a great idea to include packed food culture in Indian Railways and through this IRCTC can expand its business base to the common market thus it can take company towards the profit side.

VIP culture will end only when the politicians give up VIP privileges. It's very easy to put constraints on government servants. But what about the Ministers? Will Piyush Goyal travel in second class? I guess not. But he expects all officers to do so. Officers only emulate the culture of the top most people in the organisation. If the GM sees that Railway Minister enjoys his privileges then why would the GM give up his privilege?

LolGuy Any privilege other than that needed for smooth operation & the execution of policy should be done away with, regardless of post in government. If the railway minister is enjoying unduly privilege, he/she should be openly criticised. And Goyal, by introducing these reforms, has initiated discourse about bureaucratic privilege. This makes it possible to also criticise his unwarranted privilege, if any. Can't you see? And if any GM or officer feels entitled to the convenience & privilege enjoyed by top brass, well then, too bad. Because that is precisely the culture that needs to be ended. It is cancer! I, as a junior engineer, don't expect to be treated like the CEO of my company. Your reasoning wouldn't hold in any corporate setting. And that is precisely what government should adopt from corporate culture. That is what the current reforms aim to realise. 21:30 Mr Arvind Kumar Singh addresses something along these lines.

The last question regarding privatization should be probed in more depth. Few days back while speaking to the attender I got to know that the cleaners and attenders were not paid salary by the contractors who employed them for this work through contracts from railways. I was told that privatization will make work more better and efficient but there were no cleaners in the train as they refused to work due lack of pay. Railways is washing its hands by pushing the buck on to private players who pay workers and make profits within the cheapest tender which they get from the railway.
On the VIP culture, until workers aren't allowed on the administration boards the officers will always see them servants as they are dependent on them for their well being and will bend over backwards to accommodate the officers.

Vip is symbol of elite class...so every officer, law maker want to grap tis extra benfit . So i think these bright minded officer, an MP 1st get value based education but in long term for vip culture our valueless education systm responsible. In long term if our people not remain passive for such vip culture then some attitude would go

    Dear Kurbaan Sir,,
I regularly see this episode, pls do some homework before the episode, asking same question to expert does not bring any extra points to the viewers. if an expert is giving half an hour to your channel, pls try to maximize the benefits by asking different dimension,. it is my suggestion rest decision depends on the organizer.
    Thankyou
