Concept of "Shadow Cabinet" can also be considered so that new government formation can be done easily in case constructive vote of no-confidence is passed. This will also ensure greater accountability from the government as govt policies will be closely followed by respective Shadow ministers from opposition.
shadow cabinet works only for a two party system, its infeasible to adopt such a practice in india where many a times we don't even have a recognized opposition (as is the case at present)

Election simultaneously is a huge task. If India can do it, it will be an achievement however difficult. I would say, let's go for it!

Fixed terms तो होनाही होगा . राज्य के गव्हर्नर का चुनाव भी electoral college से ही होना चाहीये ता की गव्हर्नर को केंद्र का हस्तक नही समझा जायेगा ! जैसे कश्यप साहब केहते है conditional no confidence motion अगर नया नेता चुनने में असफल रहा तो राष्ट्रपती या गव्हर्नर सरकार चलाईनगे।।।

अगर लोकसभा एवं विधानसभा के चुनाव एक साथ कराए जाते हैं अगर बीच में विधानसभा भंग हो जाती है तो अगले बचे हुए कार्यकाल के लिए मध्यावधी चुनाव कराए जा सकते हैं ऐसा लोकसभा के साथ भी हो सकता है

no one has taken view about voters mandate...
voters will be influenced and manipulated easily by majority party in central.

if central party can influence them, but is this point is valid than they also can influence in state and muncipality election too.
If there is any attempt to influence elections by ruling party that can even happen when elections are conducted separately. It's not relevant only to the matter of conducting simultaneous elections.

A B ya bro I have that book but I used to prefer lamikant because laxmikat is quite easy and systematic , by the way I was against one nation one election but he gave me a rational point to support this move.

One more point which needs to be addressed: what if ruling party itself dissolves house for snap polls in the quest to secure absolute majority as currently happening in Japan. This issue needs to be addressed apart from constructive no confidence.

The only solution is fixed term for loksabha and state assemblies ! As Kashyap sahab said leader of house to be elected only in House itself and no confidence motion has to be admitted only if the opposition party has enough strength to form the alternative government ! If house fails to elect leader Governor rule till the term of assembly is over

Subhash Kashyap couldn't understand the point Rahul Dev was raising. Suppose party A is in power and is corrupt so the opposition will bring no confidence motion to change the ruling party not the CM/PM.
देश में एक साथ सभी चुनाव होने चाहिए। इससे फायदे-
1- देश/ सरकार का या जनता का पैसा बचेगा ।
2- जनता का बार बार वोट डालने का झंझट और समय बचेगा जिससे वह अपने खुद के काम करेगा ।
3- सभी राजनीतिक दलों का समय और प्रचार का पैसा बचेगा ।
4- ड्यूटी करने वाले सभी कर्मचारियो का समय बचेगा जिससे वह अपने विभाग में अधिक समय दे सकेंगे।
5- देश में स्थिरता होगी जिससे विकास के कार्यो में बाधा नहीं होगी।
जो राजनीति दल इसके लिए तैयार नहीं होता हैं तो उसकी मान्यता रद्द होनी चाहिए। हम भारतीय जनता को चाहिए कि एक देश एक चुनाव के लिए जनहित याचिका दायर करनी चाहिए क्यो कि हर 2-4 महीने बाद चुनाव चुनाव का झंझट झेलना पड़ता है जिससे उसके अपने खुद के काम में बाधा उत्पन्न होती है।

Constructive no confidence means ,if ncm is brought in house ,then cm will also brought in house .I.e.if ncm will pass then cm will also have to pass so that no President rule in state and no mid term election.

Not possible ..5 yrs term is fixed ..if dissolved earlier, then again elected for next five years .then how the date will be same for two parties dissolved at different time.

Pros -
Will save a lot of money of EC - 4000 crore
In election there is no limit in political parties expenditure. Official estimates are 30000 crore expenditure in an election. Moreover there are incidents like caste violence, corruption, bribery, black money circulation, vote bank divide etc during elections. Simultaneous elections will reduce frequency of elections and hence these incidents will reduce
Due to code of conduct, many govt projects get halted.Hence simu. election will reduce red tapism
EC already have experience of partial simultaneous elections (Many state assembly's elections are merged with lok sabha)
It will save time of teachers (As they are on frequent duties to conduct the poles), police and other bureaucrats
Cons -
Frequent elections keeps the representative accountable to masses. For example if a govt in center gets defeated in an assembly pole, it will work hard to gain the confidence of people
"Jb JB chunav aata hai, Garib ke pet mai pulav aata hai" - People actually like elections. In a democracy elections keep remind that the real power is in the hands of common people
There are many questions answered - like what if lok sabha govt is removed by no confidence motion, will all 29 state assemblies go through elections ?
Way to go -
This should not be a sudden one time process. A gradual process over the span of time will work as other reform are necessary like -
* Strengthening anti defection law to avoid frequent govt toppling
* CM and PM need to elected by house
* Constructive vote of no confidence, to avoid election even if govt falls
* In this type, a successor is decided already

Well I am not in "Bhakt" category yet find this idea excellent and very practicable. This should stop a perennial focus on elections, generation of black money, tremendous strain on the Government machinery and saving of huge monetary resources. All elections right from Sarpanch, gram panchayat members, municipal bodies including corporations to MLA & MP should be held simultaneously. The tenure of all such elected houses should be gor four years and there would be no provision whatsoever for the dissolution of house prematurely . Like president Governors should also be elected by an electoral college ! In case the Government looses majority in between and no one else claims majority, Governor should run the state by selecting ministers from members of all political parties. So in the Center President would lead the Government ......
Democracy is preserved and present day hazards are also avoided.....
There should be debates on this issue across the nation and all elected houses..

Not every BJP supporter is bhakt of modi. BJP existed before modi and will exist after modi too. There are a lot of people who are somehow or the other associated with BJP who have brain, sometimes more than their left wing counterparts. It will be better for you and the party/ideology you are associated with, if you stop generalizing. You should know your enemies better than your friends, specially in politics.
