I turned an epson 2720 into a sublimation printer using cosmos inks - they work great! Cosmos inks have the lids that work with the epson
Yes, Cosmos ink is the best ink I use it not the UV sublimation ink.

I have also heard good things about cosmo ink. I definitely want to test it out next
Cosmos ink is the #1 ink, bright and vivid colors, this ink is widely used in a lot of RUclips videos. Make sure not to get Ultraviolet sublimation ink, it is not as colorful and bright .I only use Cosmos ink they are based in Atlanta, Ga.Their is also 2 steps to setting up your printer you have to set up the drivers after doing the ink. Go to Cosmos RUclips to see the 2 part to setting up the printer for sublimation to get the best results.
My tip would be and what helped me out alot on getting the correct colors is Print out a color chart using the different setting.

Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉. I've been using the 2720 and love it.Got the 15000 and wating for the Cosmos ink to set up. I print my png downloads directly from my files 8x11.5. I plan to use the free version of Silhouette studio to enlarge the design file and print the wide format on the 15000 printer 🤞

You can get the same printer at Walmart or online at Walmart for $199,00 Amazon is ok for some things but always good to check around for the best price, save money.

Hi, I recommend you using regular paper to do the muzzle test or any tests, that way you don’t waist your Sub paper 😊

@@Red.E.Hustle so I have a all American printer and it’s been ok but I’m having problems with the rip software. I also just ordered a dtf and I’m gonna try the rip software with it and see if it’s more consistent. 😊

I just got mine also. Advice from me, don’t do a bunch of nozzle checks or head cleanings. Do purge prints instead of nozzle checks

I love this little guy, very affordable entry way into sublimation. Only downside is youre stuck at 8x11.
Start small and build up
If you downloaded the epson driver for the printer at least you get to print on legal paper 8 1/2 x 14

Yes you should!!!
The best ink is Cosmos ink not UV sublimation ink. Cosmos ink is very bright and vivid for sublimation. Another good ink #2 in line is Hiipoo Ink also get great colorful results. They sell on Amazon

I love my printer and it has worked great for me.
Get yourself some Microfiber bedsheets from Walmart and practice. I usually print a mini version to make sure my colors are on point.

Typically i think u just put the bottles upside down with the lid on. U did a great job! Now i just need to save up and buy a printer and heat press🤦♀️

What printer settings did you find work best for you? I have all the exact items, printer, paper and ink and I cant seem to get a crisp black when I print.
So in order to do supplemental shirts you need a different type of ink supplemental ink not the ink that came with it?
What's the largest print for the epson 2760?
Not easy for me. My covered sublimation printer exo tank 15000 and hippo sub ink on sub paper and it won't stick at all. I don't know what is wrong. Plz help ty
Are you printing on the correct side of the sub paper. I'm not sure why the ink would stick. That sounds so frustrating!

Is it possible to switch back & forth between normal ink and sublimation ink on this printer? I assume this would, at the very least, require the tanks themselves to be replaceable.

If you use glitter htv on a plain cotton shirt you then can sublimate on it

If you have the money get the et-15000, I wish I would've gotten it instead of the et-2720

Which ever printer you devcide to get in the Ecotank go to Walmart , or Walmart online it is cheaper than Amazon they have th Epson Ecotank 2720 for $199.00.
