This DTF tech is really pretty awesome, specially for very colorful designs. I love the results coz im not limited to vinyl prints. So handy just a heatpress and a DTF printer unlimited shirts. God bless to all of us Shirt printers.

Correct! With sublimation it doesn't print white and you can only use sublimation on lighter or white colored shirts. Even though I spent hours decorating the boys nursery and Erik built all the furniture in the room the boys room was never really used😂😭😂 (mostly used for storage hehe) They have slept in our room since the day they were born (I feel safer and more comfort that way knowing they are in the same room with me since they are so young) Least their room now is getting some use 😂😂 but I literally can't wait till we can convert the garage so we can have the equipment out of our house.

There isn’t much DTF info available and know that most shirt printing business on YT are not a fan, so they mostly only review DTG and Screen printing! But DTGs are sooo expensive. Thought on any affordable DTG? 😕

good news, you dont need to buy any new cartridges, you just need chipless reset for the carts and you can refill the original carts from the bottom and refill with dtf ink.

Dtf is similar to htv. It lays on top of the fibers. Sublimation ink goes into the fibers. With dtf you can use cotton or other materials and any color shirt you would like

I wonder how hard it would be to do a multi media shirt and just leave off the "glitter image" and then cut out glitter htv to place in that spot.. I know atleast for me when you see a shirt that looks like glitter and then getting a glitter image is disappointing I have had that happen to me on Amazon. I can see others preferring glitter image because they like the look but not the fall out. Sounds like a great machine for a small business as long as someone is a tinkerer... sounds like RedE is..sounds like something that could be outgrown very quickly. So cool though all these things dtg, dtf(direct to fabric), and dtf (direct to film) its all facinating!! A question... can you reuse the film sheets?
I think it is totally doable. I would use photoshop to edit that section out. A DTG printer is the ultimate goal but a dtf is a good option and they even have industrial dtf printers you can get off Alibaba. Unfortunately the sheets are a one time use
It was mostly cost related. DTF is a more affordable option when compared to DTG. If I had the money I would have invested in a DTG because its a quicker process to make shirts than a DTF.
Depends... if you are just starting out and don't have a DTG printer or a DTF printer I would look for DTF transfers. The only thing you would need to invest in would be apparel and a heat press (15x15 or bigger is my recommendation) A DTF printer would be the cheapest printer to get starting out and some printers you can convert yourself (that's what we did) also DTF prints can go any material with DTG you have to use cotton material. However, for the cheapest production I would recommend a DTG printer but it is a large upfront cost because you would also need a pretreat machine as well. It really depends on your budget and where you plan to take your business in the future. I need to make a whole video on this because I could go on and on haha thanks for watching and commenting!

Have you done Wash test? does the ink washes off?
The ink doesn't wash off and the design on the shirts hold up really well!

Depending on the size of the design, but you can fit multiple designs onto a sheet.
Why not make a space in the living room
The living room is basically my kids' playroom so we cant do it in there since the room needs to be a controlled area for the prints to dry.
