I feel like nomura is setting something up that's going to span the entire series prior, like a time lapsing event. I never understood soras opening words in kingdom hearts 1, they always felt deep and out of place for a character who was too naive to understand anything around him. It always felt like they werent his words but someone elses. And now with yozora repeating those same words it fortifies my ideas that the entirety of the series might not be what it seems.

I think that yozora is holding Sora's heart temporarily just like Sora held Ventus' and Kairi's heart.
Also, this could be Yozora's personal version of his "dive to the heart" and that's why Sora is inside of there.
When Ven got his body back, he didn't know what sora looked like at first. This is why they (sora and yozora) know each other because of SOME connection they already share but have never seen each other.
The Nameless Star told Sora about Yozora.

Sora saw Yozora stuff in toy story world, and Rex kept yelling Yozora at him, and Donald compared Yozora with Riku. Sora would remember that. He doesn't need the star/girl for that really. Of course the fact that Yozora looks different begs to question why he is called Yozora and looks like that in that game instead of his true appearence.

I always found it wierd how Rex said Yazora looks like Sora, when they look so different. But now considering Yozora says that his body isn’t how he looks...means maybe from our point of view(Sora,Donald,Goofy) he looks like noctis/Riku bu from the toy story crew they see him in his actual form/body that may look like Sora. 🤷🏻♂️

I bet you its Demyx, MoM is very "animated" with his movements like him. In a way it could make sense cause the character who was seen as the weakest of the bunch would actually turn out to be the most powerful. Also Demyx surprisingly got a good amount of screen time in 3 for some reason compared to the others. Thats just my theory though

Edit: I really feel like yozora is the Sora of another worldline. Also, have you noticed that yozora’s death animation looks like you were playing yozora more than Sora. Also the ending in which the voicelines of Sora and Yozora overlap confirms my hypothesis
It's also a reference to the fact Yozora is based on the Versus version of Noctis [which is latin to "of night"]. The entire Verum Rex trailer features characters based on the original Versus designs for what ended up becoming Gladiolus, Prompto, Ignis and Stella [with the girl in the trailer even having Stella's necklace].
Even "Verum Rex" means "True King", Noctis's eventual title.

I'd say its something closely related to vs13...maybe he wandered into this place because of the trials that were in the vs13 worlds? After all noctis most likely died in the end of vs13 due to it being a tragedy.

I love the technology versus magic theme between Sora and Yozora.
So wait, I need to get through all those data bosses and risk going insane, only to fight a superboss at the end? I like it!
Somethings that stood out to me were the stained glass sora platform, which may indicate that they are in soras heart, which may be sleeping because he woke up in a night sky (not sure about him sleeping, don't lose me yet) and Yozora always wakes up from a nap so he must have drifted there in his sleep. The Chirithy said that you can drift through to the other side while sleeping and it can't be helped. Yozora said he heard of sora and was asked to save him (probably by riku, for all we know) and Sora says "That girl told me about you" and that girl may be the heart from KH3 final world, the heart (girl) says that the person shes waiting for has had their appearance changed (something like "he doesn't look like himself") and Yozora says This isn't how I actually look (and I mean...he does have two odd.. powerful colored eyes). In the endings Yozora wakes up while being referred to as commander? Interesting how the man relates our lives. Yozora says he went through some trials and was asked to save sora and then has to face sora like he's some giant heartless before he wakes up. In the beginning of every kh game we choose our characters stats like they're trials and then we face a giant heartless or nobody after being told some objective like "you will open the door" or "connect the hearts"( haha) so maybe they're spinning the story ( or weaving) to give us weapons other than keyblade who knows to say shortly *edit: omg Yozoras sword copied the form of a keyblade
maybe, I think that since the driver's hair looks like luxord and sounds like him it could be that his heart returned to his world and told Yozora about Sora just a theory. could definitely be wrong.

Did everyone else use those things? Really? I mean, I used Shotlock for a brief moment of invincibility during his Gigas attack, but I didn't abuse summons to skip basically his entire DM.
I used roar on bosses and hroug cause damage, I heal when I use the link, and it just sweeps

In twewy another day there is a cut scene in which neku has a flashback to when joshua allegedly shoots him. Neku then goes on to say after josh has just raised his gun to shoot, "hello?.....is anybody there?" Which is the exact same thing sora is saying in the kh3 dlc in the cutscene where he is about to have a conversation with yozora, ironically just before yozora raises his gun pointing at sora to commence battle. Yozora says to sora how do you know who I am or something along the lines of that. Can sora actually be neku in this realm but not know as his memories have been taken to start the reapers game again, and therefore making yozora another version of joshua.

Inside the black box is the book of proficy and yazora's real heart. Yazora's heart was swapped by someone in the next game we haven't met yet whoever that may be perhaps the MoM. And the ending to remind is the same as the beginning scene in ff versus 13 from 2008 years ago, literally. KH and this world are connected somehow. We won't know how until the next game

I'm gonna be honest, I lost track of kingdom hearts story around kh2, and at this point, I really don't care anymore. I just wanna see anime characters smack each other with giant novelty keys and crazy particle effects. And I got what I wanted here, thank you, sir.
I'm confused as hell, so kingdom hearts like always, and that's true ending, but does this happen before the secret scene in kh3 or after it? although I have to say, the last part when they both say "I've been having these weird thoughts lately" brought me some memories and made me almost cry

I think the star at the final world is Star from versus XIII aka Venus rex in KH3. Sora say "She tell me about you"! The only girl Sora meet and speck to him about another guy was that star without name. It was too easy if that star was Strelitzia!

Yozora is a future new protagonist for the next stage of KH, that will involve the visions Nomura had of Versus XIII that never saw it into FF XV.
His copy attack with Sora's keyblade is a future in game mechanic.
That cityscape will be his means of his world falling to darkness (Like we saw the hooded figure at the end of KH3's secret ending)
And his three friends are essentially your 'donald and goofy' of his adventure, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was a more FF oriented collab than Disney.
I know I have to be half right on some of this, lmao.
Also, the whole Verum Rex meaning "True King" in Latin? And with Noctis being a king in his game? This is defintely his way of saying to him, Verum Rex will be the REAL Versus XIII he wanted.
My thought is that Yozora is gonna be the new protagonist for an entirely new franchise/game, and the Kingdom Hearts series was merely an introduction to the character. (also seems like Kingdom Hearts was all just a part of Yozora's dream, which I think is a pretty cool twist!)
@@Noctalum Idk. I kinda just got the feeling that he intends on turning Yazora into Noctis. Just because he says this isn't what he looks like. I do think that SE games will play a greater role in the series.
My idea is that the world's are still Disney but like every world will have a prominent FF character in the story arch.
@@Noctalum Nah, I don't think that's it. Sora has fallen asleep many times and ventured into that type of mindscape. They are definitely connected, and while it may not be Kingdom Hearts as the new title, the worlds are connected. Remember the hooded figure at the cityscape, along with Riku. KH wasn't a dream to him.
@@animenerd453 Mm... Yozora is clearly a spiritual successor to Noctis however, because Nomura intended on Versus XIII to go an entirely different way. It was his baby, but he had to leave the project. This is his way of starting that project through a new means. The nod to this is the car scene, that's shared with an early video of Versus XIII. They are identical.
That being said, his driver calls him Commander. Verum Rex, is probably most likely, going to be the new game. And it's world seen in the Toy World isn't just a video game obviously, but probably an example of how worlds fallen to darkness seem to drift into other worlds, that we've noticed throughout the series. Just my thoughts!
@@istandidol I see a lot of people saying that but honestly I more so seems like that's what the fans want it to be. Rather than something Normura is intending to happend. Remember this DLC of him in the car came out after everyone made theories of this being FF verses.
The 4 characters shown in the Rex trailer at Toy Box don't even look like any of the characters from the FFVERSES concept art. Yazora looks more like Riku than anything else...
To me it seems like "Yazora" is going to have some link with Riku but I don't think the form he has now is going to stay that way. Cause he literally said this isn't what he looks like.
Hence why I think he will end up being Noctic.

There's gotta be more behind the scenes happenings during the development that halted it as is than just Nomura.

Legit first thought that came into to my mind when I watched the "bad ending"
If you start to listen from 13:50 you may think you're listening a fusion between Somnus and Dearly Beloved, so it's a fact about the usage of the ideas from Versus XIII in this ending, addiotionally I just realized that Somnus and the Organization XIII Theme sound quite the same (especially in their begginings)
But Somnus comes since Versus XIII and the Organization XIII Theme could be based on it

Please help me T_T , I've downloaded and installed Remind DLC, I already make sure in the library > purchased > KH3 > addon and "installed is written, but when I play the game, "Downloadable content" does not appear in the main menu. Unfortunately coincidentally I've deleted my previous game data because my storage is already full.
Do I have to finish the game at least once first for "downloadable content" to appear in main menu ? or "downloadable content" is supposed to appear after I installed it ? (if this is true, what could be wrong ?)

Wait so if Yozora's sword can steal a Keyblade then that means he can steal also the X-Blade?
Noctis can use any kind of weapon he wishes, his main gear set being the 12 weapons wielded by previous Kings, but Yozora prefers a Crossbow (Long distance, and is modified to pull off all kinds of impossible technological feats) and Sword. I am not finding any problems with that.

And now Nomura "King of Bait" just baited us again. It's been known that Luxord is Nomura's favorite for a while now. Nomura couldn't finish FInal Fantasy Versus XIII but now we see something even greater on the horizon.

I'm not going to lie, there are parts of him that look a tad... overdesigned -- but a keyblade wielder from what looks like contemporary Japan with powers based on technology!?

It isn't enough that he had a lightsaber techno-keyblade -- It's a lightsaber techno-keyblade that can still other people's keyblades and produce deadly holograms.
It isn't enough that he looks like a prince -- he broods on top of buildings like Batman, has hetrochromatic eyes, and wakes up in a slick-looking car with a chauffeur like he's Bruce Wayne.
This could strike an interesting contrast with Sora since he's completely carefree and lives on a desert island like Peter Pan whereas Yozora might have a great deal of responsibility thrust upon him. I get the impression that he's in constant demand and feels alone as a result of never getting any time to himself. His maturity mirrors that of Riku, so maybe he had to grow up before his time.
Done poorly it could be a subversive way of making him EVEN MORE COOL. To do it right, there genuinely has to be a compelling reason why someone wouldn't want to be Yozora.
If I had to choose betwen being cool and being human, I'd pick human every time -because characters who exhibit humanity are cool by default.- No! Bad! Your motivation to make him relatable must be sincere!

That stargirl said that someone took away her name. Yozora then asks a really weird question, why are you using soras name. I think in their universe, or what ever they are from, they have the ability to take names (or identities?) Yozora has been changed beyond recognition, his heart replaced with another. Soras response is typical, cause he doesn't know about what he's talking about.
In the bad ending, yozoras idea of saving sora is capturing him. Someone is after sora and he knows it. I the good ending yozora says his power isn't needed because sora is strong enough on his own. These are just some thoughts Of trying to figure out as little as i can.

there's 1 thing that doesnt add up in this fight. as those old enough to have played it will remember. in kh1 sora lost his keyblade to riku temporarily. and he was still able to use magic. so y are the magic commands greyed out when yazora takes the keyblade? AND HOW THE HELL DID HE TAKE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE?
With yozora casting sora's magic after the steal it looks like he took the magic as well and not just the keyblade
