Sony LA-EA4 Adapter Auto Focus test

What you experience in this video is me looking for the autofocus lens that can be used on Sony A7S full-frame camera and LA-EA4 adapter to film content of me cooking and preparing food for my new RUclips channel "Cooking with..." Well, the name of the channel not yet confirmed. Sony A7S Is good in low light. I only have a few lense that actually autofocuses but designed for different camera systems.
I like the quality of the Canon 50mm 1.8 lens but don't have an autofocus adapter to work on a Sony camera. Manual focus is not the option with this lens, it makes a squeaking sound when focus.
I tried some Minolta lenses witch are Minola AF 35- 70mm and Minolta AF 50mm 1.7 I like 35- 70mm zoom but it's on F4 and it not sharp as I expected so I left with Minolta 50mm 1.7. The problem with this lens is, It is not functional on the LA-EA4 adapter. Somehow the F-number drops to F3.5 and ISO is not function properly.

I do like Minolta 50mm AF but it can focus close, so my lens of choice is Meyer Optik Gorlitz 50mm

Does the peaking color focus works when using manual adapters?

This Is A lens test that I like Minolta AF 50mm 1.7 for blurry backgrounds. Problems with this lens that is not working in Af setting and so it cant focus close. So I think I just Yous Pentacon Electric 50mm 1.8 or Isco, Possibly Zeiss Jena or Hellios
