This is literally my favorite ab workout. Nothing against your other 5 minute abs, but I always find myself coming back to this one because I enjoy it the most.

I feel like I'm getting abs on my neck :D, because halfway through the workout my front neck muscles were burning just as bad as my abs, and by the end of the workout I didn't even notice the sensations in my abs because the neck overpowered them. I tried not to strain my neck, but simply keeping my head's weight at this unusual angle seemed to be too much. Is that a usual thing, or was I doing something wrong?
@@taylorfischer9521 That is exactly what I did and why I felt my front neck muscles working so hard to lift the weight of my head. Holding the back of my head would be so much easier, but that sometime causes neck pain AFTER the workout, so I avoid that. Got used to it eventually, I guess those muscles got stronger already.
@V1kte I have the same issue as well sometimes... I would suggest having a rest day from ab exercises if your neck is hurting a lot, so you can give it a chance to heal. The next day, make sure to really, *really* squeeze your abs during exercises where you lift your neck, and use your arms to support your head - try to make it so that you can't feel any muscles squeezing in your neck at all. If that doesn't work, you could try to modify some exercises to not lift your head as much. Either way, don't worry! As your abs get stronger, you will be naturally relying on your neck muscles a lot less, and so this problem won't last forever.
V1kte if you are feeling it in your neck. Then you are doing it wrong. Try make sure the top of your spine bone lifts off the ground. Also make sure you are squeezing your core. Act like you are trying to make a bowl with your stomach. Also make sure you are breathing. This should help!

Bailey, I love you for these compact workouts. They are still effective. Workouts that are too long quickly turn into something I dread. I also deal with chronic fatigue syndrome, and my body sometimes does not recover in a normal amount of time from longer workouts. I really have to pace myself, butthank goodness that I do not have to give up exercise altogether, because of people like you who provide bite-sized workouts.

I have decided to this this for 2 weeks. I am also doing a slim arm workout, thigh gap workout and a booty workout so whatever measurements I get by the end off week 1 may factor in to the other ones I am doing Waist - 66 cm Hips - 82 cm Left arm - 27 cm Right arm - 27 cm Day 1 - workout complete ✔️ wow this burned. I don’t really have any fat on my stomach. I just wanna get the definition. I did alexis ten for 35 days, holy dolke for 2 weeks and the chloe ting two week shred. I hope I get good definition from this workout Day 2 - workout complete ✅ I felt the burn in my abs and my legs. It felt great. Now to do the lower ab workout Day 3 - workout complete ✅ I really felt the burn. I also do an arm and Booty workout and I have started a new inner thigh hap workout. Day 4 - workout complete ✅ I really felt the burn as I focused on my breathing and engaging my core as well as my from to get the best possible results. Day 5 - workout complete complete ✅ man I felt the burn today. I have the lower ab one left to do Day 6 - workout complete ✅ wow this was burning my abs today Day 7 - workout complete ✅ wow the burn is real for me. I can’t believe I have done this very day for 2 weeks. I only have the lower ab one to do and then I can measure Waist - 67 cm Hips - 84 cm Left arm - 25 cm Right arm - 25 cm I am going to do this and the lower ab one for another week. I’m going to document my progress for 2 weeks ( I am overweight in the stomach and if I lose some of my stomach I’ll be really happy) Day 1: hard and my non-existent abs were screaming but I finished the workout and decided to do it a second time (it was still hard for me) Day 2: I did this along with two other ab workouts she has and it was a bit easier and my abs were still screaming Day 3: I did this workout along with 2 other workouts (another 5 minute ab and a fat burning 5 minute workout) it was easier and it flew by and I’m excited to see what my results will be like Day 4: I really pushed myself today and did all of her ab five minute workouts and also walked my dog for 20mins (I also did her 5 minute fat burning one) and decided to try something new and did a morning routine chloe ting fat burn it was surprisingly easier than I thought and even feel excited and motivated to work out Day 5: I did all of the five minute ab workouts for the morning and I’ll edit for the rest of the day Day 6: I did this along with another one of her 5 minute ab workouts and it’s gotten a lot easier Day 7: active rest day Day 8: same as always and I do not see any weight loss change besides the fact that my core is harder Day 9: same as always Day 10: I did this along with two other smaller waist and lose belly fat workouts Day 11: I did this exercise

Had a really bad nights sleep - hit the snooze and was gunna bailed out of a chunky workout so did this instead for quick 5 min power blast to keep me on track -Just what I needed. Put your fingers on your temple instead of on the back of your head. This helps to make sure you aren’t straining your neck during crutches

I’m going to document my progress for 2 weeks ( I am overweight in the stomach and if I lose some of my stomach I’ll be really happy)
Day 1: hard and my non-existent abs were screaming but I finished the workout and decided to do it a second time (it was still hard for me)
Day 2: I did this along with two other ab workouts she has and it was a bit easier and my abs were still screaming
Day 3: I did this workout along with 2 other workouts (another 5 minute ab and a fat burning 5 minute workout) it was easier and it flew by and I’m excited to see what my results will be like
Day 4: I really pushed myself today and did all of her ab five minute workouts and also walked my dog for 20mins (I also did her 5 minute fat burning one) and decided to try something new and did a morning routine chloe ting fat burn it was surprisingly easier than I thought and even feel excited and motivated to work out
Day 5: I did all of the five minute ab workouts for the morning and I’ll edit for the rest of the day
Day 6: I did this along with another one of her 5 minute ab workouts and it’s gotten a lot easier
Day 7: active rest day
Day 8: same as always and I do not see any weight loss change besides the fact that my core is harder
Day 9: same as always
Day 10: I did this along with two other smaller waist and lose belly fat workouts
Day 11: I did this exercise

Had a really bad nights sleep - hit the snooze and was gunna bailed out of a chunky workout so did this instead for quick 5 min power blast to keep me on track -Just what I needed. I swear this is more beneficial than a long workout as Bailey Brown just gets straight to it and hits the areas best ! 💪 start the day as mean to go on.
