Dinner at Niki Nakayama's 2 Michelin-Starred Restaurant, n/naka.
I've been wanting to go to this restaurant since 2016 when the Netflix documentary show, Chef's Table, featured Chef Niki Nakayama.

I'll be in LA in June and am hoping to snag a reservation at this restaurant. Would you say that the food and experience is worth the money? And which course would you say was your favorite?

Little advice for making the reservation: whatever time they say they will release it; they actually release it 2-5 minutes earlier. So, if they say they release them at 10am, start refreshing the page at 9:55am. As for the food and experience, definitely worth the money. I've been to many omakase and kaiseki restaurants and have been skeptical of all of them and they all manage to blow me away. Favorite course would have to be the nigiri sushi, perfect balance of everything. Hope you have a great time.

Thank you for the advice with the reservation! I’m hoping I’m able snag a table for when I go in June. Every dish looks so beautiful!
