  • Alo has been a vanguard of Canadian fine-dining and this dinner is no different. It's been a couple years since I've been to Alo and this is my first time here since they got a Michelin-Star. First time dinning here, the flavours were amazing and this time, it's even better. My friend opted for the wine-pairing, and we were graced by the presence of the Sommelier, Christopher Sealy. I got all the supplement upgrades, Foie Gras and Wagyu. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT ALO FOR AN AMAZING DINNER. Special thanks to Mr. Sealy and our main server Marcus.
