(option, run between the tackles) But with a passing flare that the Osborne teams didn't have. However, the offensive line can't block with any consistency. OSU is again hitting on ALL cylinders. With their early loss to Oregon, they need STYLE POINTS to please the CFP Committee. Lincoln, NE is the perfect place to get them, my friend. This will be ANOTHER Buckeye blowout of the Huskers to the tune of 56 to 6! They score 8 TD's in a row before Ryan Day calls off the dogs like he did against the Hoosiers. Why does NU get 6 points? NOT because of yet another missed PAT; but because we get no closer than the OSU 30 yard line, and FINALLY have a kicker who can kick TWO field goals in one game! 😲😲 Too bad Coach Frost CANNOT see the need to try another QB as well!!! 😠😠

It's about time media people are just putting it out there. I know Martinez and Frost and all our players are fine young men but something is very wrong and it has nothing to do with the players. It has to be something very off about this coaching staff. This football program owes it to this state to get the damn problems fixed. I feel so bad for the other quarterbacks who should be given a chance to play. I think all of them should enter the transfer portal and leave frost with no one to fall back on. He's not falling back on any of them anyhow. So if Martinez should get hurt (which I would never want to happen) Frost had no body to go in! It's a shame all the way around. Some of you swore I was crazy for mentioning that curse but here we are now. Our record always mimics the terrible 3 to 5 win teams we've lost to regardless of how much better than that 3 or 5 win team we think we'll be or how much we think we'll improve throughout the season. So our season was over right then and there when we lost to terrible Illinois. Amazing how consistent that curse is isn't it.

They just play to the crowd at the OWH. They predicted Nebraska to go 8-4 because they knew predicting a realistic 5 or 6 wins wouldn't have been very "fun" for the fans who were already becoming apathetic. And the apathy is exactly why Frost will be fired. 2 for 1 ticket sales for a Big 10 Game in Lincoln? HA! Frost is gone. My guess is Trev goes after his childhood friend and fellow NW Iowa boy, Chris Klieman, who coaches at Kansas State right now. They have to go back to the fundamentals and the fans have to be realistic about building a program step by step here.

I have been a fan ever since 1964 when my dad was stationed at Lincoln Air Force Base. I cannot remember ever feeling less optimistic about our football team. The defense is pretty good. The offense really sucks. I think AM is too jittery and prone to the big bonehead play. He throws the ball like a beginner. I think that we have recruited plenty of good prospects on the O line. I think that Duval gets them big and strong. I think Austin must not really be that good of a position coach. They do not play anywhere close to their potential. I was really happy when SF became the head coach. Much of the job is making sure the assistants are doing a good job. Is he too loyal to them and unable to see the weak performance?
Besides that, look at the recruiting this year. Sure, it needs to be a smaller class but where are the 4 stars? None!
Altogether, it seems to me that SF is not the answer. I believe that Nebraska still is a Cadillac brand of college football. The history, sellout streak, facilities, and so on speak for themselves. We can get a top drawer coach. We need and deserve a top drawer coach. I think that Luke F should be our man. He is fairly young and look what he has done with Cincinnati. If he can make them great just imagine what he can do here. I believe that we have the money and maybe he would like to come back to the Big 10 and beat the shit out of Ohio State since they did not keep him.

Hell let's bring back mike Riley and then we'll see what we want Nebraska football to look like but at the same time the question is out are we any better than last year no are we any better than Mike Riley no heck if Bo or Riley had this roster we may be in the top 25 I knew we'd go 0-4 these last games and I'm at the point where if we fire frost I'm probably okay with it we are at ROCK BOTTOM

Riley had a much better record at the same point as Frost. He also had been to bowl games. SF is without question the worst coach in Nebraska history. And he gets paid more than any other coach in Nebraska history.

Just a thought but maybe the problem is not frost but his offensive staff? It looks like they don't develop the players. I mean Adrian is a good athlete but obviously has not gotten any better in four years. Maybe he needs to start cleaning house 🤷

I would be ok with frost one more season with the deal being a complete staff makeover offensive and defensive the entire staff

I have to say it but I would be suprised if Frost is the HC at Nebraska next year. It's time to find somebody who can build and lead a successful program
