klaudia hennessy There's no need to worry since it will be cooked again. At this point, it's not fully cooked. Once you add it to the sauce it will cook completely and kill off any leftover bacteria :)
@@lavahead146 If you plan to cook it for a while. Salmonella is killed by heating it to 131 F for one hour, 140 F for a half-hour, or by heating it to 167 F for 10 minutes
i like to steam the chicken & marinate instead, use kuzu & tamari in place of cornstarch & soy sauce, toss it together at the end. I do without the fried oil.

isnt it dangerous mixing raw chicken with the cooked chicken? shouldnt you remove the cooked chicken first and then add the raw?

Just replace chicken with tofu.
gsooo1 Male sure to use a firm tofu though. Or you could just use some firm veggies.
gsooo1 or use mushrooms with the sauce. If you’re a vegetarian I’m sure you know what substitutes you can use with the sauce
