Came here because i needed a way to make this kind of chicken without all the oil and breading- not only is it super unhealthy but it just takes too long to do all that breading-this is so much faster
Hey Sean! Just wanted to let you know that I'm a very bad good. I was able to successfully create this dish tonight and it turned out great. I really appreciate the help and the content. I have earned a sub from me. One suggestion though! On the recipe page could you be more specific with the details. Other then that great content looking forward to more.
the problem with Swerve is that you need A LOT of it for it to barely sweeten. To get the sweetness of 2 tbsp of real sugar, you would need like 1/2 cup of Swerve
Man, I can't tell you how much I hate trying to determine how many servings something should be: my wife will eat .5 servings and I'll eat 2 lol. I try to judge it based off of grams of protein per serving. Average adult male should be getting around 30 g protein/meal, which for this recipe comes out to 5 servings. If you view the recipe on my website you can see the full nutrition breakdown. But if you eat 2 servings of this and scarf down 60 g of protein, more power to you!
I liked the work a lot. I've been trying to research for a vid that really breaks down the ideas in this vid. 👩⚕️Your explanation for sure is like the channel from Doctor Ethan! Doctor Ethan's tips are educational and he actually helped me a lot on wellness. He is an informative med student. This will be perfect for my low carb diet….. except the corn starch….. any ideas to replace that? Can’t wait to try it!
Pork rinds
Use gelatin, the point of corn starch is to serve as a thickener, good substitutes include arrowroot powder, gelatin, and pectin
Great content and so informative. More power to your inspiring lifestyle and YTC!!!

Do you think only egg whites and cornstarch on the chicken then air fried would work?
Hmm honest answer, I'm not sure. I would try it but I would give it around a 50% chance of working.
It's actually healthier if you keep the brown sugar and air fry them lol.
New Subbie!!! 🥰🥰 great video!
Apologies on the delay, I've been off getting married and on my honeymoon. Thanks for the sub, excited to have you here!!
@@CoachSeansKitchen congratulations!

LOL!
why is using a sweetener healthier
you're still using corn starch!
and frying it!
and bathing it in goop
How exactly are soy sauce and corn starch healthy? Lol come on man, lacking a bit of research there.
