is it possible to remove only the door glass without removing the whole window assembly ? Just the 4 bolt from the back of the glass by lowering the ?

PLEASE HELP. What does each of the 5 adjustment torx actually do to the window!? I fix the seal but it's a bit off on the bottom back outside seal. Idk what each one actually adjusts 😥
