    Nice job - a lot of work and a great result... is there ever a part you would use a vacuum bag on to secure the leather to the part when gluing up like the sun visors...? To really pull the material into some of those tight corners and weird shapes...? obviously the patterns are the essential parts to getting the material to the right shape for the part... but does sticking allow more joins and smaller pieces to be used rather than the large continuous covers that have to be pushed into all the nooks & crannies...?

    • @coastalcushionco8227
      @coastalcushionco8227  16 дней назад +2

      Leather has its limitations, if you over stress it it will want to pull away or in some cases tare. so using a vacuum bag is only useful on easier shaped pieces and when using glue that goes off slowly.
