      I make something similar to the date balls but with cashews and raisins added. SOOOOOO YUMMY!!! We also ooppssed one time and made a Blondie version with just cashews (in the food processor until almost cashew butter) and raisins. It's my new favorite.

      @@siameow9084 haha, that's definitely a danger of them. Plus I have to make them when my family isn't around or else I go to the bathroom or something and come back and am like "um... where are the truffles I just made?!?".

      @@erinw1196 that sounds really good! We made some cashew balls once with something that turned out really good (maybe dates, cinnamon and vanilla powder?), but can't remember exactly what else went into them. My husband actually made them and he's terrible and remembering what he puts in things, lol!

    Michele, I made your AIP peanut butter from tigernut flour with lemon infused olive oil, and then with cinnamon. It tasted like chocolate with the added cinnamon, I was so happy! Can't wait to make these ones too. Thank you!

    I made the orange/dates dessert and my orange had a lot of juice in that half so I added some coconut flour to get a moldable consistency. Wow! What a delicious dessert! Thank you for making this videos! I have always loved orange/chocolate combinations and this hit the spot! The zest completes the dessert. You GO GIRL! 🎉

    Thank you so much for the amazing recipes❤️❤️Can you please tell me some more alternatives that I can use instead of carob powder?

    • @MicheleSpring
      @MicheleSpring  Год назад

      If you're on the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), then carob powder really is your only real choice to get that chocolatey flavor. But if you are NOT on AIP, then cacao powder, cocoa powder, etc will give that to you as well. Those really are the only things to make the chocolate bliss balls taste chocolately though. Otherwise I'd just try a different recipe/flavor profile.

    Do you have a video or recipe for making yogurt from coconut milk & an InstaPot?

    • @MicheleSpring
      @MicheleSpring  4 года назад +2

      I do, but fair warning that it's an old Facebook Live video so it's long and not my normal style. Also, if making it for AIP, use a probiotic capsule instead of the starter I mention: ruclips.net/video/PHz1krZiJz4/видео.html

    Is there any substitute for pumpkin that will still work?

    • @MicheleSpring
      @MicheleSpring  4 года назад +1

      you could use canned sweet potato or butternut squash - or roast and puree your own. Those would be the closest, but then you could use anything really - a carob/chocolate avocado pudding, etc

    How do you make coconut whipped cream?

    • @MicheleSpring
      @MicheleSpring  Год назад +1

      You can just google the official recipe as it's out there on 34820394883 blogs, lol (hence why I didn't bother putting it on mine). But honestly, I don't even do the full process as I'm lazy. I just take some coconut cream (which is the solid part if you open a can of refrigerated coconut milk or you can also buy separate containers of cream) and mix it with a splash of maple syrup and then stir it together. It's the same thing, just the "official" whipped cream recipes usually get a bit more of an actual whipped cream texture (though you'll never get a complete dairy-like stiff whipped cream).
