Hi, I am so glad I found you! I suffer from an autoimmune condition and I am about to start the AIP diet. I will go back and watch all your videos but this one with the snacks gave me so much hope. Thank you so much for doing this and helping others.
Hi Deepa, I'm 42 yrs old. I started losing my hair in July 2018. In a week I got all bald & I used to have a really heavy and long hair. My dermatologist told me I'm suffering from alopecia areata and I also lost all my body hair too. But they told me I was also very low on iron & vitamin D. But in a month I started getting a white fuzzy hair back. My dermatologist injected me twice too but I stopped cuz it was very painful for me specially in the eye brows. So anyways my white hair started to grow slowly but I had still some patches left then after a year maybe I started growing some black hair too. I can say about 50percent of hair came back my eyebrows grew back but not my lashes. But now in April 2020 I started losing my hair again. I never colored them left them as they were. Lost my brows again, lost all black hair. Now I'm just left with about may be 20percent of white hair. I just wanted to know if I can do Aip diet now or not or is too late. Please give me your suggestion I'll be really thankful to you. You are so beautiful.your videos gave me inspiration to live my life normally as before. But in the beginning I was so depressed. Love you loads 💞
You are such a brave girl...😍😍😍😍you have taken your hair loss in a very cool manner and positive manner and got a wonderful results...😍😍😍love u from india😍😍😍
Thank you so much! I’ve been struggling with alopecia and hashimotos (autoimmune) the past year and a half. Im taking the meds but my hair still falls out like mad. I’m balding on the sides of my head :( I’m really excited about trying this to reverse my hair loss
Thanks for the tips! What's your diet like now, after having completed the AIP program? Have you re-introduced corn, sunflower oil, nightshades, dairy or glutenfree grains?
Hi deepa i am 31years old suffering from androgenic alopecia i m so stressed your videos gave me hope can you please tell me AIP diet is good in androgenic alopecia also? Thanks
It really depends on how long the hair has been gone but I don’t think there’s any harm in giving it a try. You never know what will happen until you try.
I just found out that I need to start AIP. With that said, I’m allergic to coconut, corn, wheat, rice, and dairy. I suppose I can only eat grass fed meat and veggies. So bummed.
What in the world is a AIP diet, so now we have keto, gluten free, whole 30, vegan, vegetarian, carnivore and now AIP what in the world are we doing! Most of the oils are inflammatory smh
So I don't think anyone is on AIP long term. From what all I've seen it's a elimination diet. It takes out pretty much anything that could cause a bad reaction for a month or more. So that if you have something like along the lines of a leaking gut your allowing it to heal before adding things that might be part of the problem.
