You're an inspiration. Thank you so much for helping and guiding me throughout my alopecia. I've been on the AIP diet on and off for about a year and half, and it's helped me tremendously. Going the natural route is the way to go. My husband is also my accountability when it comes to staying on the AIP diet, he loves the food so much, it helps me to stay on track. Thanks again.
I had one spot once in my life and it grew back and it’s been 5 years and has not returned I didn’t change my diet or any change for that matter. What I believe caused it was my mom past from cancer and I was depressed.
My problem is I’ll have three or four spots at a time and I’ll finally get them to a stable place where everything is growing and then I’ll start losing hair in different patches. It’s disheartening to think I finally have it under control only for it to keep falling out.
I am only 20. My hair is super thin. I have been begging for doctors to test my Vitamin D because everything else is fixed already (my low iron is fixed now) and doctors always forget to put that in the blood tests. I am sure I am deficient and doctors have just made me lose time to recover my hair. It is sad how we need doctors to do simple things like ask for blood tests.
It takes time for whatever treatment you are following to take affect with the way the hair growth cycle works. The important thing is to be consistent and patient
I really wish someone would offer a course like this for free. So many people do this after their hair loss issue is resolved, very disappointed. and it’s hard for those of us who don’t have disposable income to pay a huge amount Amit of money 😢😢😢😢
I completely understand, this is why I put so much free info out there with all of the videos that have been posted and I will continue to post. The course is for anyone that wants that added guidance and accountability. A huge amount of time behind the scenes is required to do all of the research and content creation to post all of this info which I put out for free because I genuinely want to help. The coaching requires even more dedicated time than this with all of the course creation, worksheets, journals, reviewing each client’s files, the coaching calls and unlimited email support. It’s a lot of time and effort and to be able to help people even further with their hair growth in a 1-1 capacity I have to have the time (which would otherwise be dedicated to a 9-5 job) to do that.
Did you try homeopathy during your recovery? I'm going for it because I don't want steroid shots overcomplicating things in the long run. One thing I understood is that this is completely a lifestyle disorder in my case.
I tried homeopathy twice it only worsen my condition of alopecia, even now the hair fall multiplied with homeopathy medicine and they claim to cure it completely only after increasing the severity
@@raginimishra454 I am moving for allopathic medicine now as I have already lost 80% of my hairs.. and this is the second time I am suffering from alopecia. I would always suggest if your condition is severe never opt for homeopathy
In allopathy they give corticosteroids, atleast last time these injection only helped me regrow my hair within 7 months, 8 years back.. Let's if there is any other option available now
