How I HEALED my SKIN

This is something I have mentioned in the past, but have not shared until now- How I healed my skin. I was diagnosed with Cutaneous lupus and I'm telling you everything I did to calm inflammation, fade dark spots and pigmentation, clear the massive amount of milia I had and be able to go out in the sun again.
